¹⁶ Go forth from the ark, you and your wife and your sons and your sons' wives with you.

¹ And Jehovah said to Noah, Come, you and all your house into the ark, because I have seen you to be righteous before me in this generation.

⁷ And Noah and his sons and his wife and his sons' wives went in with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.

¹³ In the same day Noah and Shem and Ham and Japheth, the sons of Noah and Noah's wife and the three wives of his sons with them, entered into the ark,

¹⁷ And the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of Jehovah stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan and all Israel passed over on dry ground until all the nation were passed clean over the Jordan.

¹⁰ For the priests who bore the ark stood in the midst of the Jordan until everything was finished that Jehovah commanded Joshua to speak to the people, according to all that Moses commanded Joshua. And the people hastened and passed over.

¹⁶ Command the priests who bear the ark of the testimony, that they come up out of the Jordan. ¹⁷ Joshua therefore commanded the priests, saying, Come you* up out of the Jordan.
¹⁸ And it happened, when the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of Jehovah came up out of the midst of the Jordan and the soles of the priests' feet were lifted up to the dry ground, that the waters of the Jordan returned to their place and went over all its banks, as formerly.

¹¹ because he will give his messengers charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.

⁸ Jehovah will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and everlasting.

²⁵ Know therefore and discern, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem to the anointed one, the Prince, will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks. It will be built again, with street and moat, even in troublesome times.
²⁶ And after the sixty-two weeks the anointed one will be cut off and will have nothing. And the people of the prince who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary and the end of it will be with a flood. And even to the end will be war; desolations are determined.

¹¹ As for you also, because of the blood of your covenant I have set free your prisoners from the pit in which is no water.

²⁷ But the jailor, came out of sleep and saw the doors of the prison had been open, drew his sword and was about to assassinate himself, supposing the prisoners to have fled. ²⁸ But Paul shouted with a loud voice, saying, Do nothing evil to yourself; for we are all here.

³⁷ But Paul said to them, They have whipped us in public, uncondemned men who are Romans, and have cast us into prison, and are they now casting us out secretly? No, but when they come, let them lead us outside.
³⁸ Now the sergeants reported these words to the magistrates and they feared, having heard that they were Romans. ³⁹ And when they came, they pleaded with them, and having led them outside, they asked them to go out away from the city.
