³⁰ and will cause their voice to be heard over you and will cry bitterly and will cast up dust upon their heads. They will wallow themselves in the ashes.

¹⁹ And they cast dirt upon their heads and were crying, weeping and mourning and saying, Woe, woe, the great city, in which all who had their ships in the sea were enriched out of her costliness! Because in one hour she was made desolate.
