³ If his oblation be a burnt offering of the herd, he will offer it a male without blemish. He will offer it at the door of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before Jehovah.

²⁰ And Noah built an altar to Jehovah and took of every clean beast and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar.

² And he said, Take your son now, your only son, Isaac, whom you love and go into the land of Moriah. And offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell you of.

⁸ And Abraham said, God himself will see to the lamb for a burnt offering, my son. So they went both of them together.

¹³ And Abraham lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, behind him a ram caught in the thicket by his horns. And Abraham went and took the ram and offered him up for a burnt offering instead of his son.

⁵ Your* lamb will be without blemish, a male a year old. You* will take it from the sheep, or from the goats.

⁵ And he sent young men of the sons of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen to Jehovah.

⁴ And Aaron and his sons you will bring to the door of the tent of meeting and will wash them with water.

¹⁸ and you will burn the whole ram upon the altar. It is a burnt offering to Jehovah. It is a sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to Jehovah.

⁴² It will be a continual burnt offering throughout your* genealogy at the door of the tent of meeting before Jehovah, where I will meet with you*, to speak to you there.

⁶ And they rose up early on the morrow and offered burnt offerings and brought peace offerings. And the people sat down to eat and to drink and rose up to revel.

⁵ You* take from among you* an offering to Jehovah. Whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it–Jehovah's offering: gold and silver and brass,

²¹ And they came, everyone whose heart stirred him up and everyone whom his spirit made willing and brought Jehovah's offering, for the work of the tent of meeting and for all the service of it and for the holy garments.

²⁹ The sons of Israel brought a free-will offering to Jehovah, every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all the work, which Jehovah had commanded to be made by Moses.

³ and they received from Moses all the offering which the sons of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary, with which to make it. And they brought yet to him free-will offerings every morning.

¹ And he made the altar of burnt offering of acacia wood: five cubits was the length of it and five cubits the breadth of it, square and three cubits the height of it.

¹ And if his oblation be a sacrifice of peace offerings, if he offer of the herd, whether male or female, he will offer it without blemish before Jehovah.

²³ if his sin, by which he has sinned, be made known to him, he will bring for his oblation a goat, a male without blemish.

⁹ Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt offering: The burnt offering will be on the hearth upon the altar all night to the morning and the fire of the altar will be kept burning on it. ¹⁰ And the priest will put on his linen garment and he will put his linen breeches upon his flesh and he will take up the ashes of the fire which has consumed the burnt offering on the altar and he will put them beside the altar. ¹¹ And he will put off his garments and put on other garments and carry forth the ashes outside the camp to a clean place. ¹² And the fire upon the altar will be kept burning on it; it will not go out. And the priest will burn wood on it every morning and he will lay the burnt offering in order upon it and will burn the fat of the peace offerings on it. ¹³ Fire will be kept burning upon the altar continually; it will not go out.

¹⁶ But if the sacrifice of his oblation be a vow, or a free-will offering, it will be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice and on the morrow what remains of it will be eaten,

¹⁸ And he presented the ram of the burnt offering. And Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram,

²¹ And he washed the innards and the legs with water. And Moses burnt the whole ram upon the altar. It was a burnt offering for a sweet aroma. It was an offering made by fire to Jehovah, as Jehovah commanded Moses.

⁷ And he will take the two goats and set them before Jehovah at the door of the tent of meeting.

⁴ and has not brought it to the door of the tent of meeting, to offer it as an oblation to Jehovah before the tabernacle of Jehovah, blood will be imputed to that man. He has shed blood and that man will be cut off from among his people,

⁹ and does not bring it to the door of the tent of meeting, to sacrifice it to Jehovah, that man will be cut off from his people.

¹⁹ that you* may be accepted, you* will offer a male without blemish, of the bullocks, of the sheep, or of the goats.
²⁰ But whatever has a blemish, that you* will not offer, for it will not be acceptable for you*. ²¹ And whoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to Jehovah to accomplish a vow, or for a free-will offering, of the herd or of the flock, it will be perfect to be accepted; there will be no blemish in it. ²² Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a skin tumor, or scurvy, or scabbed, you* will not offer these to Jehovah, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar to Jehovah. ²³ Either a bullock or a lamb that has anything superfluous or lacking in his parts, that you may offer for a free-will offering, but it will not be accepted for a vow. ²⁴ What has its testicles bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut, you* will not offer to Jehovah, neither will you* do thus in your* land.

³ And Balaam said to Balak, Stand by your burnt offering and I will go. Perhaps Jehovah will come to meet me and whatever he shows me I will tell you. And he went to a bare height.

¹⁰ Who can count the dust of Jacob, or number the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous and let my last end be like his!
¹¹ And Balak said to Balaam, What have you done to me? I took you to curse my enemies, and behold, you have blessed them altogether.

¹⁹ God is not a man, that he should lie, neither the son of man, that he should repent. Has he said and will he not do it? Or has he spoken and will he not make it good?

²³ Surely there is no enchantment with Jacob, neither is there any divination with Israel. Now it will be said of Jacob and of Israel, What has God worked! ²⁴ Behold, the people rise up as a lioness and as a lion he lifts himself up. He will not lie down until he eats of the prey and drinks the blood of the slain.

²⁷ And Balak said to Balaam, Come now, I will take you to another place. Perhaps it will please God that you may curse them for me from there.

³⁰ And Balak did as Balaam had said and offered up a bullock and a ram on every altar.

⁸ But you* will offer a burnt offering to Jehovah for a sweet aroma: one young bullock, one ram, seven male-lambs a year old (they will be to you* without blemish), ⁹ and their meal offering, fine flour mingled with oil, three tenth parts for the bullock, two tenth parts for the one ram, ¹⁰ a tenth part for every lamb of the seven lambs, ¹¹ one male-goat for a sin offering, besides the sin offering of atonement and the continual burnt offering and the meal offering of it and their drink offerings.

¹³ And you* will offer a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a sweet aroma to Jehovah: thirteen young bullocks, two rams, fourteen male-lambs a year old (they will be without blemish),

⁵ But to the place which Jehovah your* God will choose out of all your* tribes, to put his name there, even to his habitation you* will seek and there you will come. ⁶ And there you* will bring your* burnt offerings and your* sacrifices and your* tithes and the heave offering of your* hand and your* vows and your* free-will offerings and the first-offspring of your* herd and of your* flock.

¹³ Take heed to yourself that you offer not your burnt offerings in every place that you see, ¹⁴ but in the place which Jehovah will choose in one of your tribes. There you will offer your burnt offerings and there you will do all that I command you.

²⁷ And you will offer your burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of Jehovah your God and the blood of your sacrifices will be poured out upon the altar of Jehovah your God and you will eat the flesh.

²¹ And if it has any blemish, as lame or blind, any ill blemish whatever, you will not sacrifice it to Jehovah your God.

¹ You will not sacrifice to Jehovah your God an ox, or a sheep, in which is a blemish or anything bad, for that is an abomination to Jehovah your God.

⁸ I delight to do your will, O my God. Yes, your law is within my heart.

³ Your people offer themselves willingly in the day of your power, in holy array. Out of the womb of the morning you have the dew of your youth.

¹¹ What to me is the multitude of your* sacrifices? says Jehovah. I have had enough of the burnt offerings of rams and the fat of fed beasts. And I do not delight in the blood of bullocks or of lambs or of male-goats.

⁴⁰ For in my holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, says the lord Jehovah, there will all the house of Israel, all of them, serve me in the land. There I will accept them and there I will require your* offerings and the first-fruits of your* oblations, with all your* holy things.

⁷ Awake, O sword, against my shepherd and against the man who is my companion, says Jehovah of hosts. Strike the shepherd and the sheep will be scattered. And I will turn my hand upon the little ones.

¹⁴ But cursed be the deceiver, who has in his flock a male and vows and sacrifices to the Lord a blemished thing. For I am a great King, says Jehovah of hosts and my name is feared among the Gentiles.

³⁵ And the messenger answered and said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Highest will be overshadowing you; hence the holy one being born out of you will also be called the Son of God. ³⁶ And having looked at Jesus walking, he says, Behold, the Lamb of God!

⁷ Therefore Jesus said to them again, Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, I am the door of the sheep.

⁹ I am the door; if anyone enters through me, he will be saved and will enter and will go out and will find pasture.

¹² For if the eagerness lays before you, according to whatever someone has, it is acceptable, not according to what he does not have.

⁷ Let each man give just-as he proposes in his heart; not out of sorrow or out of necessity; for God loves a joyful giver.

¹⁸ because through him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father.

²⁷ in order that he might present her to himself, the glorious congregation, not having stain or wrinkle or any such things, but in order that she should be holy and unblemished.

²⁶ For such a high-priest was suitable to us, holy, guiltless, undefiled, has been separated away from sinners and became exalted from the heavens;

¹⁴ how much more the blood of Christ, (who through the everlasting Spirit offered himself unblemished to God), will be cleansing your conscience from dead works, that you may give-divine service to the living God.

⁸ After saying this above, You do not wish, nor were you delighted in sacrifice and offering and whole burnt-offerings and sacrifices concerning sin, (which are offered according to the law), ⁹ then he has said, ‘Behold, I am coming to do your will, O God.’He assassinates
the first covenant, in order that he should establish the second covenant, ¹⁰ in which will, we have been made holy through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

¹⁸ knowing that you were redeemed from your futile conduct handed down from your forefathers not with corruptible things like with silver or with gold. ¹⁹ But like that of an unblemished and unstained lamb, you were redeemed by the precious blood of Christ,
