⁴ Now Peter answered and said to Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here; if you will it. Should we make three tabernacles here; one for you and one for Moses and one for Elijah?

¹⁸ And he said, I beseech you, show me your glory. ¹⁹ And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before you and will proclaim the name of Jehovah before you. I will be merciful to whom I may be merciful and I will be compassionate to whomever I may be compassionate.

⁶ There are many who say, Who will show us good? Jehovah, lift you up the light of your countenance upon us.

¹¹ You made known to me the path of life. You will fill me of joy with your countenance.

¹ O God, you are my God. I will earnestly seek you. My soul thirsts for you, my flesh longs for you, in a dry and weary land, where is no water. ² So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary to see your power and your glory. ³ Because your loving kindness is better than life, my lips will praise you.
⁴ So I will bless you while I live. I will lift up my hands in your name. ⁵ My soul will be satisfied as with marrow and fatness. And my mouth will praise you with joyful lips

¹⁷ Your eyes will see the king in his beauty. They will behold a land that reaches afar.

¹⁷ For how great is his goodness and how great is his beauty! Grain will make the young men flourish and new wine the virgins.

⁸ Philip says to him, Lord, show us the Father and it is enough for us.
⁹ Jesus says to him, So-much time I have been with you and you have not known me Philip? He who has seen me has seen the Father. And how can you say this? Show us the Father.

²⁴ Father, I wish that they, whom you have given me, may also be with me where I am, in order that they may view my glory, which you gave me, because you loved me before the conception of the world.

²³ But I am troubled from the two ends, having the desire, that I should vacate and be together with Christ, but it is much better rather

² Beloved, we are now the children of God and it was not yet manifested what we will be. But we know that, if he is manifested, we will be similar to him, because we will be seeing him just-as he is.

²³ And the city has no need of the sun, neither of the moon, in order that they should appear in it; for the glory of God illuminated it and its lamp is the Lamb.

³ And every curse will be not be there anymore and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it. And his bondservants will be giving-divine service to him; ⁴ and they will see his face, and his name will be upon their foreheads. ⁵ And there will be no night there, and they do not need a lamp or a light, because the Lord God will be illuminating them and they will be reigning forevermore.
