⁵ Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.

⁸ “Rabbi,” they replied, “the Jews just tried to stone You, and You are going back there?”

³⁶ Then the Jews said, “See how He loved him!”

⁹ As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Remain in My love. ¹⁰ If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love. ¹¹ I have told you these things so that My joy may abide in you and your joy may be complete. ¹² This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. ¹³ Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
