⁵ Your testimonies are fully confirmed; holiness adorns Your house, O LORD, for all the days to come.

³ Then Moses said to Aaron, “This is what the LORD meant when He said: ‘To those who come near Me I will show My holiness, and in the sight of all the people I will reveal My glory.’” But Aaron remained silent.

² “Speak to the whole congregation of Israel and tell them: Be holy because I, the LORD your God, am holy.

⁴ For You are not a God who delights in wickedness; no evil can dwell with You. ⁵ The boastful cannot stand in Your presence; You hate all workers of iniquity. ⁶ You destroy those who tell lies; the LORD abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit. ⁷ But I will enter Your house by the abundance of Your loving devotion; in reverence I will bow down toward Your holy temple.

⁷ The Law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the LORD is trustworthy, making wise the simple. ⁸ The precepts of the LORD are right, bringing joy to the heart; the commandments of the LORD are radiant, giving light to the eyes.

² Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name; worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness.

⁵ Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at His footstool; He is holy!

⁹ Exalt the LORD our God and worship at His holy mountain, for the LORD our God is holy.

¹¹¹ Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.

¹²⁹ Wonderful are Your testimonies; therefore I obey them.

¹³⁸ The testimonies You have laid down are righteous and altogether faithful.

¹⁴⁴ Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding, that I may live.

²⁰ To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn.

¹¹ Depart, depart, go out from there! Touch no unclean thing; come out from it, purify yourselves, you who carry the vessels of the LORD.

²⁰ On that day, HOLY TO THE LORD will be inscribed on the bells of the horses, and the cooking pots in the house of the LORD will be like the sprinkling bowls before the altar. ²¹ Indeed, every pot in Jerusalem and Judah will be holy to the LORD of Hosts, and all who sacrifice will come and take some pots and cook in them. And on that day there will no longer be a Canaanite in the house of the LORD of Hosts.

³⁵ Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.

²⁴ God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”

¹⁶ Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple, and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? ¹⁷ If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.

¹⁷ So when God wanted to make the unchanging nature of His purpose very clear to the heirs of the promise, He guaranteed it with an oath. ¹⁸ Thus by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be strongly encouraged.

¹⁴ Pursue peace with everyone, as well as holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.

⁹ Even if we accept human testimony, the testimony of God is greater. For this is the testimony that God has given about His Son. ¹⁰ Whoever believes in the Son of God has this testimony within him; whoever does not believe God has made Him out to be a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given about His Son. ¹¹ And this is that testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. ¹² Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. ¹³ I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life and that you may believe in the name of the Son of God.

²⁷ But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who practices an abomination or a lie, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
