⁵ Then said I, "O LORD God, hold thine hand: who should else help up Jacob that is brought so low?"

⁴ Turn us then, O God our Saviour, and let thine anger cease from us.

⁹ And except the LORD of Hosts had left us a few alive, we should have been as Sodom, and like unto Gomorrah.

²⁵ But soon after shall my wrath and mine indignation be fulfilled against their blasphemies.
