⁴⁰ And Jesus stood still, and commanded him, to be brought unto him. And when he was come near, he asked him,

³¹ And the people rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: But they cried the more, saying, "Have mercy on us, Master, which art the son of David." ³² Then Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, "What will ye that I should do to you?" ³³ They said unto him, "Master, that our eyes may be opened." ³⁴ Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight: And they followed him.

The blind said unto him, "Master, that I might see." ⁵² Jesus said unto him, "Go thy way, thy faith hath saved thee." And by and by he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.
