¹⁰ It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary Joseph; And others that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles,

⁵⁶ Among which was Mary Magdalene; and Mary the mother of James and the mother of Joseph; and the mother of Zebedee's children.

³⁰ And the apostles gathered themselves together to Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they had taught.

⁴⁰ There were also women a good way off beholding him: among whom was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the little and of Joseph, and Mary Salome: ⁴¹ which also when he was in Galilee, followed him and ministered unto him, and many other women which came up with him to Jerusalem.

¹¹ Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: And as she wept, she bowed herself into the sepulchre ¹² and saw two angels clothed in white sitting the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where they had laid the body of Jesus. ¹³ And they said unto her, "Woman why weepest thou?" She said unto them, "For they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him." ¹⁴ When she had thus said, she turned herself back and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. ¹⁵ Jesus said unto her, "Woman why weepest thou? Whom seekest thou?" She, supposing that he had been the gardener, said unto him, "Sir if thou have borne him hence tell me where thou hast laid him, that I may fetch him." ¹⁶ Jesus said unto her, "Mary." She turned herself, and said unto him, "Rabboni," which is to say, Master. ¹⁷ Jesus said unto her, "Touch me not, for I am not yet ascended to my father. But go to my brethren and say unto them, I ascend unto my father, and your father: to my God and your God." ¹⁸ Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken such things unto her.
