¹³ then the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar, which is before God,

²⁴ for Christ is not entred into a sanctuary made by human art, such as is only representative of the true one, but into heaven itself, to appear from henceforth in the presence of God on our behalf:

²¹ and having an high priest, who is established over the house of God,

³ and another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given to him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar, which was before the throne. ⁴ and the smoke of the incense together with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God, out of the angel's hand. ⁵ and the angel took the censer, and having filled it with the fire of the altar, he cast it upon the land: and there was a noise of thunders, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
