²⁷ And Pharao sent and called for Moses and Aaron, and sayed vnto them: I haue now synned, the Lord is ryghtuous, & I and my people are wicked.

²¹ Then said Saul: I haue synned, come agayn my sonne Dauid, for I will do the no more harme, because my soul was preciouse in thine eyes this daye. Beholde, I haue played the fole & haue erred exceding muche.

⁶ He shal make thy righteousnesse as cleare as the light, & thy iust dealynge as the noone daye.

⁴⁴ But I say vnto you loue your enemies. Blesse theim that cursse you. Do good to them that hate you. Pray for them which doo you wronge and persecute you,

⁴ saying: I haue synned betrayinge the innocent bloud. And they sayde: what is that to vs? Se thou to that.

²⁰ Therfore yf thyne enemye hunger, feede hym: yf he thurste, geue hym drinke, for in so doyng thou shalt heape coles of fyre on hys head. ²¹ Be not ouercome of euyl: But ouercome euil with goodnesse.
