¹¹ God him selfe our father, and our Lord Iesus Christ guide oure iorney to you:

²¹ And euen there at the water besyde Ahaua, caused I a fastynge to be proclamed, that we myghte humble oure selues before oure God, to seke of him a ryght waye for vs, and oure chyldren and all oure substaunce. ²² For I was ashamed to requyre of the kynge, soudyers and horsemen, to helpe vs agaynst the enemy in the way. For we had saide vnto the kynge. The hande of oure God is vpon all them that seke him in goodnes, and his vyolence and wrath vpon all them that forsake him. ²³ So we fasted, and sought thys at oure God, and he hearde vs.

⁵ Put thy trust in the Lord wyth all thyne hert, and leane not vnto thyne own vnderstandinge. ⁶ In all thy wayes haue respecte vnto hym, & he shal ordre thy goinges.

¹⁶ Yet art thou oure father: For Abraham knoweth vs not, neither is Israel acquainted with vs. But thou Lorde art oure father and redemer and thy name is euerlastinge.

⁹ They departed from hence in heuynes, but wyth ioye wyll I brynge them hyther agayne. I wyl lede them by the ryuers of water in a straighte waye, where they shall not stomble: For I wyll be Israels father, and Ephraim shalbe my fyrstborne.

⁶ Should not a sonne honoure his father, & a seruaunte hys mayster? Yf I be now a father, where is mine honoure? Yf I be the Lorde, where am I feared? sayeth the Lord of hostes. Now to you priestes, that despise my name. And yf ye saye: wherin haue we despised thy name:

⁴ that thyne almes may be secrete: and thy father whiche seeth in secrete, shall rewarde the openly.

⁶ But when thou prayest, entre into thy chamber, & shut thy dore to the, & praie to thi father which is in secrete: & thy father which seeth in secrete, shall rewarde the openlye.

⁸ Be ye not lyke them therfore. For your father knoweth wherof ye haue neade, before ye axe of him ⁹ after this manner therfore pray ye. Our father which art in heauen, halowed be thy name.

¹⁴ For and if ye shall forgeue other men their trespases, your heauenlye father shall also forgeue you.

¹⁸ that it appeare not vnto men howe that thou fastest but vnto thy father which is in secrete: & thy father which seth in secret shal reward the openly.

²⁶ Behold the foules of the ayer: for the sowe not, neyther reape, nor yet cary into the barnes: and yet your heauenlye father fedethe them. Are ye not muche better then they?

³² After all these thynges seke the gentils. For your heauenlye father knoweth that ye haue neade of all these thynges.

³ The voyce of a cryer in the wildernes prepare the waye of the Lord: make hys pathes strayghte.

³⁰ for all suche thynges the heathen people of the worlde seke for. Your father knoweth that ye haue nede of suche thinges.

³² Feare not litel flocke, for it is your fathers pleasure, to geue you a kingdom.

¹⁷ Iesus sayd vnto her touch me not, for I am not yet ascended to my father. But go to my brethren, & saye vnto them: I ascende vnto my father and youre father: to my God and your God.

³ that make mention of hys sonne, the whyche was begotten of the sede of Dauid (as perteininge to the fleshe)

¹⁸ and wyll be a father vnto you, and ye shall be vnto me sonnes and doughters, sayth the Lorde almyghtye.

⁴ whiche gaue hym selfe for oure synnes, to delyuer vs from thys present euyll worlde, thorow the wyll of God our father,

² To the sainctes, whiche are at Colossa, and brethren that beleue in Christe. Grace be wyth you and peace from God oure father, and from the Lorde IESVS Christe.

¹³ to make your hertes stable & vnblameable in holynesse before God oure father, at the comminge of our Lorde Iesus wyth al hys sainctes.

¹⁶ Our Lorde Iesu Christe hym selfe, and God oure father whiche hath loued vs and hath geuen vs euerlastynge consolatyon and good hope thorow grace,

⁵ And the Lorde guide your hertes to the loue of God and pacience of Christe.

¹ Beholde what loue the father hath shewed on vs, that we shoulde be called the sonnes of God. For this cause the worlde knoweth you not, because it knoweth not him.
