The seruaunte borne in thy house, & he also that is bought with money, must needes be circumcysed, 13 that my testament maye be in your flesh, for an euerlastyng bonde. 14 If there be any vncircumcysed manchyld, that hath not the forskynne of his flesh cut of, his soule shal perish from his people: because he hath broken my testament. 15 And God sayde vnto Abraham. Sarai thy wyfe shal no more be called Sarai: but Sara shall her name be. 16 For I wyl blesse her and geue the a sonne of her & wyl blesse her: so that people, yea & kynges of people shal sprynge of her. 17 And Abraham fel vpon his face & laught, & sayd in his harte: shal a chylde be borne vnto hym that is an hundred yere olde, and shal Sara that is nynetie yere olde, bere: 18 And Abraham sayde vnto God. O that Ismael myghte lyue in thy syghte. 19 Then sayd God: Sara thy wyfe shal bere the a sonne in dede & thou shalt cal his name Isaac. And I wyll make my bond with him, that it shalbe an euerlasting bond vnto hys seed after him. 20 And as concernynge Ismaell also, I haue herde thy request: loo, I wyll blesse hym and encrease hym, and multiplye hym excedyngly. Twelue princes shall he begette and I wyl make a greate nacion of hym. 21 But my bond wyl I make with Isaac, whych Sara shal bere vnto the: euen this tyme twelue moneth. 22 And God left of talkynge with him, & departed vp from Abraham. 23 And Abraham toke Ismael his sonne and al the seruauntes borne in hys house and all that was bought wt money as many as were men children among the men of Abrahams house, and circumcysed the foreskynne of their fleshe, euen the selfe same daye, as God had sayde vnto hym. 24 Abraham was nynetie yere old and nyne, when he cut of the foreskynne of hys flesh. 25 And Ismaell hys sonne was .xiij. yere olde, when the foreskinne of hys flesh was circumcised. 26 The selfe same daye was Abraham cyrcumcysed and Ismael hys soune. 27 And all the men in hys house, whether they were borne in hys house or bought wyth money (though they were straungers) were circumcysed wyth hym.

Lord spake vnto Moses saying: 49 onelye se that thou numbre not the trybe of Leuy, neither take the summe of them among the chyldren of Israell. 50 But thou shalte appoynt the Leuites vnto the habitation of witnesse, and to all the apparell thereof and vnto all that longeth therto. For they shal bear the tabernacle and al the ordinaunce therof, and they shall minister it, and shall pytche theyr tentes rounde about it. 51 And when the tabernacle goth forth the Leuites shall take it downe: and when the tabernacle is pitched they shal set it vp: for if any straunger come nere, he shal dye. 52 And the chyldren of Israel shall pytche theyr tentes, euerye man in hys owne company and euery man bi his owne standart thoroweout al theyr hostes. 53 But the Leuites shall pytche rounde aboute the habitation of witnes, that there fall no wrathe vpon the congregation of the children of Israel, and the Leuites shal wayte vpon the habitation of wytnesse. 54 And the children of Israel dyd accordyng to al that the Lord commaunded Moses.

Thys is that Dathan & Abiram councelers in the congregation, whiche stroue against Moses and Aaron in the companye of Corah, when they stroue against the Lord. 10 And the earth opened hir mouth & swalowed them and Corah also, when the multitude dyed, what tyme the fyre consumed .ij. hundred & fyfty men, & they became a sygne: 11 Notwithstandyng the children of Corah dyed not. 12 And the children of Simeon in theyr kynreds were: Nemuel, of whom cometh the kinred of the Nemuelites: Iamin, of whom cometh the kinred of the Iaminites: Iachin, of whom cometh the kinred of the Iachinites: 13 Zareh, of whom cometh the kinred of the Zarehites: Saule, of whom cometh the kinred of the Saulites. 14 These are the kinredes of the Simeonites: in numbre .xxij. thousand and two hundred. 15 And the chyldren of Gad in theyr kynredes were: Zephon, of whom cometh the kinred of the Zephonytes: & of Haggi, cometh the kynred of the Haggites: and of Suni, cometh the kinred of the Sunites: 16 and of Aseni, cometh the kinred of the Asenites: and of Eri cometh the kynred of the Erites: 17 and of Arod cometh the kinred of the Arodites: & of Ariel cometh the kinred of the Arielites. 18 These are the kinreds of the children of Gad in numbre .xl. thousand & .v. hundred. 19 The children of Iuda: Er & Onan, whiche dyed in the lande of Canaan. 20 But the chyldren of Iuda in theyr kynred were: Sela of whom cometh the kynred of the Selamites: & of Phares cometh the kynred of the Pharesites: and of Zareh cometh the kynred of the Zarehites. 21 And the children of Phares were Hesron, of whom cometh the kynred of the Hesronites: and of Hamul commeth the kynred of the Hamulites. 22 These are the kinredes of Iuda, in numbre .lxxvi. thousand & fyue hundred. 23 And the children of Isachar in their kinreds were: Thola, of whom cometh the kinred of the Tholaites: & Phuna, of whom cometh the kinred of the Phunaites: 24 & of Iasub cometh the kynred of the Iasubites: and of Simron cometh the kynred of the Simronites. 25 These are the kynredes of Isachar in numbre .lxiiij. thousand & .iij. hundred, 26 The children of Zabulon in their kinredes were: Sered, of whom cometh the kynred of the Seredites: and Elon, of whom cometh the kynred of the Elonites: and of Iaheliel cometh the kynred of the Iahelelites, 27 These are the kynredes of Zabulon: in numbre, .lx. thousand & fiue hundred. 28 The children of Ioseph in their kinredes were: Manasse and Ephraim, 29 The chyldren of Manasse: Machir, of whom cometh the kynred of the Machirites. And she bare vnto Amram, Aaron, Moses, & MyrIam theyr sister. 60 And vnto Aaron were borne, Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar & Ithamar. 61 But Nadab & Abihu dyed, as they offered straunge fyre before the lord. 62 And the numbre of them was .xxiij. thousande of all the males from a moneth olde & aboue For they were not numbred among the children of Israel, bycause there was no enheritaunce geuen theym amonge the children of Israel. 63 These are the numbres of the children of Israel which Moses & Eleazar the priest numbred in the feldes of Moab, fast bi Iordane nye to Iericho. 64 And among these there was not a man of the numbre of the children of Israel whyche Moses and Aaron told in the wyldernes of Sinai. 65 For the Lord sayed vnto them, that they should dye in the wildernes and that there should not be lefte a man of them: saue Caleb the sonne of Iephune & Iosua the sonne of Nun.
