⁷ Then the earth trembled and quaked, the verye foundacyones of the hylles shoke and were remoued, because he was wroth.

²² For fyre is kindeled in my wrath, and shal burne vnto the bottome of hell. And shall consume the earth wyth hyr encrease, & set a fyre the bottomes of the mountaines.

⁴ Lorde when thou departedest out of Seir and camest from the feldes of Edom, the earth trembled, and the heauen rayned, & the cloudes dropped water:

² Therfore wyl we not feare though the earth fell, and though the hylles were caryed into the myddest of the sea.

⁷ O God, when thou wenteste forth before the people, when thou wentest thorowe the wyldernesse. Selah. ⁸ The earth shoke, and the heauens dropped at the presence of God in Sinai, at the presence of God, whyche is the God of Israell.

⁴ The mountaynes skipped like rammes, and the lytle hylles like yong shepe. ⁵ What ayled the, O thou sea, that thou fleddest so thou Iordan, that thou turnedest backe? ⁶ Ye mountaynes that ye skypped lyke rammes: and ye litle hilles, like yong shepe? ⁷ The earth trembled at the presence of the Lorde, at the presence of the God of Iacob.

²⁴ I behelde the mountaynes, and they trembled, and al the hilles were in a feare.

¹⁹ For in my gelousy and hote dyspleasure I haue deuysed, that there shalbe a greate trouble in the land of Israel at that tyme. ²⁰ The very fishes in the sea, the foules of the ayre, the beastes of the felde, and al the men that are vpon the earth, shall tremble for feare of me. The hilles also shalbe turned vp syde downe, the stayres of stone shall fall, & all walles shall syncke to the grounde.

⁶ He standeth and measureth the earth. He loketh, and the people consume awaye, the mountaines of the worlde fall doune to poulder, & the hilles are faine to bowe them selues for hys goynges are euerlastynge and sure.

¹⁰ When the mountaynes sawe the, they were afrayed, the water streame wente awaye: the depe made a noyse at the lyftyng vp of thyne hande.

⁴ Then shall his fete stand vpon the mount olyuete, that lyeth vpon the east syde of Ierusalem. And the mount olyuete shal cleue in two, eastward & westward, so that there shalbe a great valley: & the half mount shal remoue toward the north, & the other toward the south.

² And beholde there was a great earthquake. For the aungell of the Lorde descended from heauen: & came & rowled backe the stone from the dore, and sat vpon it.

³¹ And assone as they had prayed, the place moued where they were assembled together, and they were all filled with the holy ghoste, and they spake the worde of God boldlye.

²⁵ At mydnyght Paule and Sylas prayed, & lauded God. And the prysoners hearde them. ²⁶ And sodenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundacion of the pryson was shaken, and by and by all the dores opened, and euery mannes bondes were loused.

² And though I could prophecye, and vnderstande all secretes, and all knowledge: yea, yf I had all fayth so that I coulde moue mountaines out of theyr places, and yet had no loue, I were nothing.
