¹ A Psalme of Dauid. Ascribe vnto the Lorde, O ye mightie, ascribe vnto the Lord worship and strength. ² Geue the Lord the honour of his name bow your selues to the holy magesty of the Lord, ³ It is the Lorde that commaunded the waters: It is the gloryus God that maketh the thonder: it is the Lorde that ruleth the sea. ⁴ The voyce of the Lorde is mighty in operacyon, the voice of the Lorde is a glorius voyce. ⁵ The voyce of the Lorde breaketh the Cedre trees: yea the Lorde breaketh the Ceders of Libanus. ⁶ He maketh them to skyppe lyke a calfe: Libanus and Sirion lyke a younge vnicorne ⁷ The voyce of the Lorde deuydeth the flames of fyre: ⁸ the voice of the Lorde shaketh the wylderuesse, yea the Lorde shaketh the wildernesse of Cades. ⁹ The voyce of the Lorde moueth the hyndes and discouereth the thicke bushes: in hys temple shall euerye man speake of hys honoure. ¹⁰ The Lord stilleth the water floud, and the Lord remaineth a king for euer. ¹¹ The Lorde shall geue power vnto hys people, the Lord shall geue his people the blessyng of peace.

²⁸ Asscribe to the lord ye kynredes of people. Asscribe to the Lorde glorye and strength. ²⁹ Geue honoure vnto the Lordes name: brynge presentes and come before hym, and bowe to the Lorde in holy apparell.

¹⁰ Be wyse nowe therfore, O ye Kinges, be warned, ye that are iudges of the earthe. ¹¹ Serue the Lorde wyth feare, and reioyse before hym wyth reuerence. ¹² Kysse the sonne, lest the Lorde be angrye and so ye peryshe from the ryght way. For his wrath shalbe kindled shortly: blessed are all they that put their trust in hym.

³¹ The princes shall come out of Egipt, the Morians land shall stretch out her handes vnto God. ³² Synge vnto God, O ye kyngedomes of the earth: O syng prayses vnto the Lorde. Selah. ³³ Which sitteth in the heauens ouer all from the beginnynge: Lo, he shall sende oute hys voyce, yea, and that a mighty voyce. ³⁴ Ascrybe ye the power vnto God, his glory is in Israel, and his might in the cloudes.

⁷ Ascribe vnto the Lord (O ye kynredes of the Heathen) ascribe vnto the Lord worship and strength. ⁸ Ascribe vnto the Lord the honoure of his name, brynge presentes, and come into hys courte. ⁹ O worship the lorde in the beuty of holynesse, lette the whole earthe stande in awe of hym.

¹² For euery poeple & kingedom that serueth not the, shal perysh, and be destroyed with the swerd.

¹⁶ Honoure the Lorde youre God herein, or he take hys lyght from you, and or euer youre fete stomble in darcknesse at the hylle lest when ye loke for the lyght, he turne it into the shadowe and darcknesse of death. ¹⁷ But yf ye wyll not heare me, that geue you secrete warnyng, I will mourne fro my whole hert for youre stubburnesse. Pyteouslye wyll I wepe, and the teares shall gusshe out of myne eyes. For the Lordes flocke shall be caryed awaye captyue. ¹⁸ Tell the kynge and the rulers: Humble youre selues, sett you downe lowe, for the crowne of youre glory shall fall from your head.

¹¹ And I behelde, and I heard the voyce of many angels about the throne, and about the beastes, and the elders, and I heard thousande thousandes, ¹² sayinge wyth a loud voyce: Worthy is the lamb that was kylled to receiue power, and riches, and wysdome, and strength, and honoure, & glorye and blessing. ¹³ And al creatures whiche are in heauen, and on the earth, and vnder the earth, and in the sea, and al that are in them hearde I saiynge: blessing, honour, glory, and power be vnto him that sytteth vpon the seate, and to the Lambe for euermore. ¹⁴ And the foure beastes sayd Amen. And the .xxiiij. elders fel vpon theyr faces, and worshypped hym that liueth for euermore.

²¹ And he gaue the people counsell, & set the syngers of the Lorde, & them that praysed in holy apparel, to go out before the army and to saye: prayse the Lorde, for hys mercye lasteth euer.

⁴ One thynge haue I desyred of the Lorde, which I wyll requyre: namelye, that I maye dwel in the house of the Lorde all the dayes of my lyfe, to beholde the fayre beutye of the Lorde, and to viset his temple.

¹⁷ And the glorious maiesty of the Lord our God be vpon vs: O prospere thou the worke of our handes vpon vs, O prospere thou our handy worke.

⁶ Thankesgeuynge and worshippe are before hym, power & honoure are in hys Sanctuary.

⁹ For thou lorde art the most hyest ouer all the earth, thou arte exalted farre aboue all goddes.

³ In the daye of thy power shal thy people offer the frewyll offerynges wyth an holye worshyppe, the dewe of thy byrthe is of the wombe of the mornynge.

³ The Lords name is worthy to be praysed from the risynge vp of the Sun vnto the going downe of the same. ⁴ The Lorde is hye aboue all Heathen, and his glory aboue the heauens. ⁵ Who is lyke vnto the Lorde oure God, that hath his dwellynge so hye, ⁶ whyche humbleth him selfe, to beholde that is in heauen and earth.

³ Great is the Lord, & maruelous worthy to be praysed, there is no ende of his greatenesse. ⁴ One generacion shall prayse thy workes vnto another, and declare thy power. ⁵ As for me I will be talkynge of thy worshyp, thy glory, thy prayse, and wonderous workes. ⁶ So that men shal speake of the myght of thy maruelous actes, and tell of thy greatenes. ⁷ The memorial of thyne aboundant kyndnes shalbe shewed, & men shall synge of thy righteousnesse.

²⁸ Pray ye vnto the Lord, that the thonder of God & hayle may cease, and I wyll let you go, and ye shall tarye no lenger.

³³ And Moses went out of the city from Pharao, and spread abrode hys handes vnto the Lord, and the thunder and hayle ceased, neither rayned it any more vpon the earth,

¹⁶ And the thyrde daye in the mornyng there was thunder, & lightening & a thicke cloude vpon the mounte, & the voice of the horne waxed exceadynge loude, & all the people that was in the hoste was afrayed.

¹⁰ And as Samuel offered the burntofferyng, the Philistines came to fyght agaynst Israel. But the Lorde thundered a great thunder that same daye vpon the Philistines, & turmoyled them, that they were beaten before Israel.

² Heare then the sounde of hys voyce, & the noyse that goeth out of hys mouth. ³ He gouerneth euery thing vnder the heauen, & his lyghte reacheth vnto the ende of the worlde. ⁴ A roarynge voyce foloweth hym: for hys gloryous maiestye geueth suche a thondre clappe, that (though a man heare it) yet may he not perceiue it afterward. It geueth an horryble sounde, ⁵ when God sendeth oute hys voyce: greate thynges doth he, whiche we can not comprehende.

¹³ The Lord also thondred out of the heauen and the heygth gaue his thonder wyth haile stones and coales of fyre. ¹⁴ He sente oute hys arrowes and scattered them, he cast sore lyghtenynges, and destroied them. ¹⁵ The sprynges of waters were sene, and the foundacyons of the rounde worlde were discouered at thy chidynge (O Lorde) at the blastynge and breth of thy displeasures.

⁷ Open your gates (O ye princes) lette the euerlastynge dores be opened, that the kyng of glory may come in. ⁸ Who is this kyng of glory? It is the Lorde strong and myghtie, euen the Lorde myghty in batell. ⁹ Open youre gates (O ye princes) let the euerlastynge dores be opened, that the kyng of glory may come in. ¹⁰ Who is this king of glory? It is the Lord of Hoostes, he is the kynge of glorye. Selah.

¹⁶ The waters saw the, O God, the waters sawe the, & were afrayed, the deapthes were moued. ¹⁷ The thicke cloudes poured out water, the cloudes thondered, and thyne arowes went abroade. ¹⁸ The thonder was hearde rounde aboute, the lyghtenynges shone vpon the grounde, the earth was moued and shoke wyth al. ¹⁹ Thy waye was in the sea, and thy pathes in the greate waters, yet coulde noman know thy fotesteppes.

³ The floudes aryse (O Lorde) the floudes lyft vp their noyse, the floudes lyfte vp theyr waues. ⁴ The waues of the sea are mightye, & rage horribly: but yet the Lorde that dwelled on hye, is mightier.

³ Thou voltest it aboue with waters, thou makest the cloudes thy charet, & goest vpon the wynges of the wynde.

²⁶ And he sayed vnto them: why are ye fearfull, O ye of lytle fayth? Then he arose, and rebuked the wyndes and the sea, and there folowed a great calme. ²⁷ And the men maruayled and sayed: what man is this, that both wyndes and sea obey hym?

²⁹ Then sayde the people that stode by, and hearde: it thoundreth, Other sayd an angell spake to him.

² And he sayde: ye men, brethren, and fathers, harken to. The God of glorye appeared vnto our father Abraham whyle he was yet in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran,

⁵ And out of the seate proceded lyghteninges, and thonderinges, and voyces, and there were seuen lampes of fyre, burninge before the seate, whiche are the seuen spirites of God.

⁵ And the angell toke the senser, and fylled it wyth fyre of the aultare, and caste it into the earth, and voyces were made, and thonderinges and lighteninges, and earth quakes.

¹⁹ And the temple of God was opened in heauen, and there was sene in hys temple the arcke of hys testamente, and there folowed lyghtenynges, and voyces, and thonderynge and eartquake and muche hayle

¹⁸ And there folowed voices thonderinges & lighteninges, & there was a greate earth quake suche as was not sence men were vpon the earth so mighty an earthquake & so great.

¹⁴ These shal fyght wt the lamb, & the lamb shal ouercome them. For he is Lorde of Lordes, & kinge of kinges, & they that are on his syde, are called the chosen and faithful. ¹⁵ And he sayde vnto me, the waters whyche thou saweste, where the whore sitteth are people, and folke, and nacions & tounges.

⁶ And I heard the voice of much people, euen as the voice of many waters & as the voice of strong thondringes, saying: Alleluia, for God omnipotent reigneth.

¹¹ The very pillers of heauen tremble & quake at his reprofe. ¹² He stilleth the sea with his power, and thorow hys wisdom hath he set forthe the world. ¹³ Wyth his spirites hath he garnisshed the heauens, & with his hand hath he wounded the rebellious serpent. ¹⁴ This is nowe a short summe of his doynges. But who is able sufficiently to rehearse his workes? Who can perceyue and vnderstand the thondre of his power?

⁹ Is thyne arme then lyke the arme of God? Maketh thy voyce such a sound as hys doeth? ¹⁰ Then arme thy selfe with thyne owne power, vp, decke the in thy ioly araye, ¹¹ poure oute the indignacyon of thy wrath: se that thou caste doune all the proude, ¹² loke well, that thou makest all suche as be stubborne, to obeye: treade all the vngodlye vnder thy fete,

⁹ For loke what he sayeth, it is done: and loke what he commaundeth, it standeth fast.

³³ Which sitteth in the heauens ouer all from the beginnynge: Lo, he shall sende oute hys voyce, yea, and that a mighty voyce.

⁶ For as thouchinge the cytie and the temple, I heare the voyce of the Lorde, that wyll rewarde, and recompence his enemies,

¹⁵ Yea euen the Lorde of hostes, that wyth his power made the earthe, with hys wysedome prepared the rounde worlde, and with his discrecyon spred oute the heauens. ¹⁶ As soone as he letteth hys voyce be hearde, the waters in the ayre waxe fearce: He draweth vp the cloudes from the endes of the earthe. He turneth the lyghtenynges to rayne, he bryngeth the wyndes oute of theyr secrete places.

⁵ Yea and the sounde of the Cherubyns winges was heard into the fore court lyke as it had bene the voyce of the almyghty God, when he speaketh.

³⁶ And feare come on them all and they spake amonge them selues saiynge what maner of thinge is this? For with authoryte and power he commaundeth the foule spirites, and they come out.

²⁵ And he sayed vnto them: Wher is your faythe? They feared and woundered saiynge one to another, what felowe is this: for he commaundeth both the windes & water, & they obey him?

¹⁵ And the fyrre bushe sayd vnto the trees: yf it be true that ye wyl anoint me Kynge ouer you, then come and reste vnder my shadowe, & ye shall se that a fyre shall come out of the fyrre bushe, & waste the Cyper trees of Lybanon.

¹⁶ The trees of the Lord are ful of sappe, euen the trees of Libamis whiche he hathe planted.

¹³ vpon all high & stoute Cedre trees of Lybanus, and vpon all the okes of Basan,

²² God hath brought them out of Egypt is as the strength of an vnicorne vnto them,

⁹ (whyche Hermon the Sidons cal Sirion, but the Amorytes cal it Senyr)

¹⁰ But my horne shalbe exalted like the horne of an Vnicorne, & shalbe anoynted wyth fresh oyle.

⁴ The mountaynes skipped like rammes, and the lytle hylles like yong shepe. ⁵ What ayled the, O thou sea, that thou fleddest so thou Iordan, that thou turnedest backe? ⁶ Ye mountaynes that ye skypped lyke rammes: and ye litle hilles, like yong shepe? ⁷ The earth trembled at the presence of the Lorde, at the presence of the God of Iacob.

²³ I haue loked vpon the earth, and se it is waste, and voyde. I loked toward heauen, and it had no shyne. ²⁴ I behelde the mountaynes, and they trembled, and al the hilles were in a feare. ²⁵ I loked aboute me, and there was no bodye, and all the birdes of the ayre were awaye.

⁶ He standeth and measureth the earth. He loketh, and the people consume awaye, the mountaines of the worlde fall doune to poulder, & the hilles are faine to bowe them selues for hys goynges are euerlastynge and sure. ⁷ I sawe, that the pauylions of the Morians & the tentes of the lande of Madian were vexed for werynesse. ⁸ Waste thou not angrye, O Lorde, in the waters? was not thy wrathe in the floodes, and thy displeasure in the sea? yes when thou sattest vpon thyne horse, & when thy charettes had the vyctory. ⁹ Thou sheuedst thy bowe openly, lyke as thou haddest promised with an othe vnto the trybes. Selah. Thou diddest deuyde the waters of the earth. ¹⁰ When the mountaynes sawe the, they were afrayed, the water streame wente awaye: the depe made a noyse at the lyftyng vp of thyne hande. ¹¹ The sunne and mone remayned. styll in theyr habitacyon. Thyne arowes went out glysterynge, and thy speares as the shyne of the lyghtenyng.

¹¹ And I sawe a great whyte seate and hym that sate on it, from whose face fled away bothe the earthe & heauen, & theyr place was no more founde.

²³ And Moses stretched out his rodd vnto heauen, & the Lorde thondered and hayled, so that the fyre ran a longe vpon the ground And the Lord so hayled in the land of Egypt,

² and ther went a fyre out from the Lord, and consumed them, & they dyed before the Lorde.

³⁵ And there came out a fyre from the Lord and consumed the two hundred and fyftye men that offered cense.

¹⁰ And Eliah answered and sayde to the captain ouer the fyfty: yf I be a man of God, fyre come doune from heauen and consume the and thy fifty. And there came fyre doune from heauen, & deuoured him & his fifty. ¹¹ And the kinge went againe and sent to hym another captayn ouer fyfty with his fyfty, which answered & sayde vnto him: O man of God, thus sayth the kyng, make hast & come doune. ¹² And Eliah auswered and saide vnto them: yf I be a man of God, then let fyre come doune from heauen & consume the & thy fifty. And there came fire doune from heauen, and consumed hym, and hys fyftye. And the kinge sent agayne the thyrd capitayne ouer fyfty.

³ He gouerneth euery thing vnder the heauen, & his lyghte reacheth vnto the ende of the worlde.

³⁵ Canste thou thondre also that they maye go theyr waye, & be obedient vnto the, saying: Lo here are we.

¹⁸ The thonder was hearde rounde aboute, the lyghtenynges shone vpon the grounde, the earth was moued and shoke wyth al.

⁵ Bowe thy heauens, O Lorde, & come doune, touche the mountaynes, that thei may smoke with all. ⁶ Sende forthe the lightenynge and scater them, shute out thyne arrowes, and consume them.

²⁶ And they went and came to Moses and Aaron & vnto all the multitude of the chyldren of Israell, vnto the wyldernesse of Pharan: euen vnto Cades, and broughte them worde and also vnto all the congregation, and shewed them the frute of the lande.

⁶ He remoueth the earth oute of her place, that her pylers shake with all.

⁷ Then the earth trembled and quaked, the verye foundacyones of the hylles shoke and were remoued, because he was wroth.

³ Though the waters of the sea raged and were neuer so troublous, and thoughe the mountaynes shoke at the tempest of the same. Selah.

¹³ Moreouer, I wil so shake the heauen, that the earth shall remoue oute of her place. Thus shall it go with Babilon in the wrath of the Lorde of Hostes in the daye of his fearfull indignacyon.

¹⁶ The Lorde shal roare oute of Syon, and crye oute of Ierusalem, that the heauens & the earthe shall quake wythal. But the Lorde shalbe a defence vnto his owne people, & a refuge for the chyldren of Israel.

⁶ For thus sayth the Lorde of hostes: yet ones more wyll I shake heauen and earthe, the sea and the drye lande:

²¹ Speake to Zorobabel the prynce of Iuda, and saye: I wyll shake bothe heauen and earthe,

²⁶ whose voyce then shouke the earth, and now declareth saiyng: yet ones more wyll I shake not the earth only, but also heauen.

¹ Knowest thou the tyme when the wylde gotes bringe forthe theyr yonge among the stony rockes? Or layest thou wayte when the hyndes vse to fawne? ² rekeneste thou the monethes after they engendre, that thou knowest the tyme of theyr bearynge? ³ or when they lye doune, when they raste theyr younge ones, & when they are delyuered of theyr trauayle and payne?

⁸ Lorde, I loue the habitacion of thy house, and the place where thy honoure dwelleth.

² Therfore wyl we not feare though the earth fell, and though the hylles were caryed into the myddest of the sea. ³ Though the waters of the sea raged and were neuer so troublous, and thoughe the mountaynes shoke at the tempest of the same. Selah. ⁴ For there is a floude, which with hys ryuers reioyseth the cytye of God, the holy dwellyng of the moost hyest. ⁵ God is in the middest of her, therfore shal she not be remoued: for God helpeth her, & that right early.

⁹ We wayte for thy louynge kyndnesse (O God) in the middest of thy temple.

² Thus do I loke for the in thy Sanctuary, that I myght beholde thy power and glorye,

¹ The song of the steares Behold, O praise the Lord, al ye seruantes of the Lorde, ye that by night stande in the house of the Lord. ² O lyfte vp youre handes in the Sanctuary, and prayse the Lorde.

¹ Prayse the euerlastynge. O praise the name of the Lord prayse it O ye seruauntes of the Lorde. ² Ye that stande in the house of the Lorde, in the courtes of the house of our God.

¹⁸ For the vngodlye burne as a fyre in the bryers and thornes. And as it were oute of a fyre in a wood or a read bushe, so ascendeth the smoke of their pryde.

¹⁸ ye all the glory of his woodes and feldes shalbe consumed with body and soule. As for hym selfe, he shalbe as one chased away. ¹⁹ The trees also of his felde shalbe of suche a nombre, that a chylde may tell them.

⁴⁶ Thou sonne of man, set thy face towarde the south, & speake to the south wind, ⁴⁷ and say to the the wood toward the south: Heare the worde of the Lorde: thus sayeth the Lorde God: Beholde, I wil kindle a fire in the, that shal consume the grene trees with the drye. No man shal be able to quenche hys flamme, but al that loketh from the south to the north, shalbe brent therin: ⁴⁸ & al flesh shal se, that I the Lord haue kindled it, so that no man maye quenche it.

¹⁷ For behold, I wyll bryng in a floud of water vpon the erth to destroye al flesh from vnder heauen, wherin breth of lyf is: so that all that is in the erth shal perysh.

¹ And God remembred Noe & al the beastes & al the catel that were with him in the arck. And God made a wynde to blowe vpon the erth, & the waters ceased: ² & the fountaynes of the depe & the wyndowes of heauen were stopte, & the rayne of heauen was forbydden,

⁸ Who shut the sea with dores, when it brake forth as a chyld oute of his mothers wombe? ⁹ When I made the cloudes to be a coueryng for it, & swadled it wyth the darcke? ¹⁰ when I gaue it my commaundement, makynge dores & barres for it, ¹¹ saying: Hytherto shalt thou come, but no forther, & here shalte thou laye doune thy proude & hye waues.

²⁵ Who deuydeth the aboundaunce of waters into ryuers, or who maketh a waye for the stormye wether,

⁶ Yet haue I sette my kyng vpon my holy hyll of syon. ⁷ As for me, I wyll preache the law, wherof the Lord hath sayde vnto me: Thou arte my sonne, this day haue I begotten the. ⁸ Desyre of me, and I shall geue the Heathen for thyne enherytaunce. Yea the vttermost partes of the worlde for thy possessyon. ⁹ Thou shalt rule them wyth a rodde of yron, and breake them in peces lyke an earthen vessell.

¹⁶ The Lord is kynge for euer, the Heithen shal perish out of his land.

³ It is the Lorde that commaunded the waters: It is the gloryus God that maketh the thonder: it is the Lorde that ruleth the sea.

⁷ Which stilleth the ragynge of the sea, the roarynge of his waues, and the woodnes of the people.

¹ The Lorde is kyng, and hath put on glorious apparell, the Lorde hath put on his apparell, & gyrded him selfe with strengthe: he hath made the rounde world so sure, that it can not be moued.

¹ The Lorde is kynge, be the people neuer so vnpaciente: he sytteth vpon the Cherubyns, be the earth neuer so vnquiete.

⁶ Thou couerest it with the depe lyke as wt a garmente, so that the waters stande aboue the hylles. ⁷ But at thy rebuke they fle, at the voyce of thy thonder they are afrayed. ⁸ (Then are the hylles sene alofte, and the valleis beneth in their place which thou hast appoynted for them.) ⁹ Thou hast set them their boundes, which they maye not passe, that they turne not agayne to couer the earth.

⁴⁴ In the dayes of these kinges shall the God of heauen set vp an euerlastynge kyngdome whiche shall not peryshe, and hys kyngdome shall not be geuen ouer to another people: yea the same shal breake and destroy al these kingdomes, but it shall endure foreuer.

¹³ And lead vs not into temptaciou. But delyuer vs from euyll. For thyne is the kingdome and the power, and the glorye for euer Amen.

⁴¹ And they feared excedynglye, and sayed one to another: What felowe is thys. For both wynde and sea obeye hym.

¹⁷ So then vnto God, kyng euerlastyng, immortall, inuysyble, and wyse onely, be honoure & prayse for euer and euer. Amen.

²⁴ The Lord blesse the and kepe the. ²⁵ The Lord make his face shyne vpon the and be mercyfull vnto the. ²⁶ The Lord lyfte vp his countenaunce vpon the, and geue the peace. ²⁷ For ye shall put my name vpon the chyldren of Israel, that I maye blesse them.

⁸ The Lord is the strength of his people, he is the defender and Sauioure of his anoynted. ⁹ O helpe thy people, geue thy blessyng vnto thyne enheritaunce: fede them, and set them vp for euer.

¹¹ But the meke spreted shall possesse the earth, and haue pleasure in muche rest.

³⁵ God is wonderfull in his Sanctuary, he is the God of Israel, he will geue strength and power vnto hys people. Blessed be God.

³ That the mountaynes maye brynge peace, and the litle hylles righteousnesse vnto the people.

⁷ In hys tyme shall righteousnesse florysh, yea, and aboundaunce of peace, so longe as the moone endureth.

⁷ They go from strength to strength, and so the God of Goddes appeareth vnto them in Sion.

⁸ I wyll herken what the Lorde God wyll saye for he shall speake peace vnto hys people and to hys saynctes, that they turne not them selues vnto folyshnes.

¹⁰ Mercy and trueth are met together, ryghtuousnesse and peace kysseth eche other.

³ When I call vpon the, thou hearest me, & endewest my soule wyth muche strength.

⁶ For vnto vs a chylde shalbe borne, and vnto vs a sonne shalbe geuen. Vpon his shoulder shall the kyngedome lye, and he shalbe called with hys owne name. The wonderous geuer of councel, the myghty God, the euerlastinge father, the prynce of peace, ⁷ he shall make no ende to encrease the kyngedome and peace, and shall sytte vpon the seate of Dauid, and in his kyngedome, to set vp the same, to stablyshe it wyth equyte and ryghteousnesse, from thence forth for euermore. This shall the gelousy of the Lorde of hostes brynge to paste.

²⁹ but that he geueth strength vnto the weery, and power vnto the faynte?

³¹ But vnto them that haue the Lorde before their eyes, shal strength be encreased, Aegles wynges shall growe vpon them: When they runne they shall not fal: and when they go, they shal not be weery.

¹⁰ be not afrayd, for I will be with the. Loke not behynde the, for I will be thy God, to strength the, helpe the, and to kepe the with this right hand of myne.

⁶ I will comforth the house of Iuda, and preserue the house of Ioseph. I wil turne them also, for I pitie them: & they shalbe lyke as they were, when I had not cast them of. For I the Lord am their God, and wil hear them.

²⁷ Peace I leaue with you, my peace I geue vnto you. Not as the worlde geueth, geue I vnto you. Let not your hertes be greued, neyther feare ye.

³³ These wordes haue I spoken vnto you, that in me you myght haue peace. For in the worlde shall you haue tribulacyon: but be of good cheare. I haue ouercome the worlde.

¹⁷ For the kyngedome of God is not meate and drynke, but ryghtuousnes, peace, & ioye in the holye ghoste.

³ Grace be with you and peace from God oure father, and from the Lorde Iesus Christ.
