²³ after he had dismissed the crowds he went up the hill by himself to pray. When evening came he was there alone,

⁶ When you pray, go into your room and shut the door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is secret will reward you.

³⁶ Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and he told the disciples, "Sit here till I go over there and pray."
