²³ And when he had sent the multitudes away, he ascended a mountain alone to pray. And when it was dark, he was there alone.

⁶ But thou, when thou prayest enter into thy closet and close the door, and pray to thy Father who is in secret; and thy Father, who seeth in secret, will reward thee openly.

³⁶ Then came Jesus with them to a place called Gethsemane: and he said to his disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray.

⁴⁶ And when he had dismissed them, he went to a mountain to pray.
