¹⁷ and let him who is on the roof, not come down to take what is in his house:

²⁵ Therefore I say to you: Be not anxious about your life, what ye shall eat, and what ye shall drink; nor about your body, how ye shall clothe yourselves. Is not the life more important than food, and the body than raiment?

²⁷ Whatever I say to you in the dark, that speak ye in the light; and what ye have heard in your ears, proclaim ye on the housetops.

¹⁵ and let him that is on the roof, not come down and enter it, to take any thing from his house: ¹⁶ and let him that is in the field, not return back to take his clothing.

¹⁹ And when they could not thus introduce him, because of the multitude of the people, they ascended to the roof, and let him down with the couch, from the covering, into the midst, before Jesus.

³ For whatever ye speak in the dark, will be heard in the light; and what in secret chambers, ye whisper in the ear, will be proclaimed on the house-tops.
