³³ Then he shall make atonement for the Holy Sanctuary; and he shall make atonement for the Tent of Meeting and for the altar; and he shall make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the assembly.

²⁰ But whatever has a blemish, that you shall not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.

¹¹ "'In the beginnings of your months you shall offer a burnt offering to the LORD: two young bulls, and one ram, seven male lambs a year old without blemish; ¹² and three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour for a meal offering, mixed with oil, for each bull; and two tenth parts of fine flour for a meal offering, mixed with oil, for the one ram; ¹³ and a tenth part of fine flour mixed with oil for a meal offering to every lamb; for a burnt offering of a pleasant aroma, an offering made by fire to the LORD. ¹⁴ Their drink offerings shall be half a hin of wine for a bull, and the third part of a hin for the ram, and the fourth part of a hin for a lamb: this is the burnt offering of every month throughout the months of the year. ¹⁵ One male goat for a sin offering to the LORD; it shall be offered besides the continual burnt offering, and the drink offering of it.

²² "On the second day you shall offer a male goat without blemish for a sin offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they cleansed it with the bull.

²⁶ Seven days shall they make atonement for the altar and purify it; so shall they consecrate it.

³³ But seek first the Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

²⁶ For such a high priest was indeed fitting for us: holy, guiltless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

¹⁴ how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, cleanse our conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

²² According to the Law, nearly everything is cleansed with blood, and apart from shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. ²³ It was necessary therefore that the copies of the things in the heavens should be cleansed with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. ²⁴ For Christ hasn't entered into holy places made with hands, which are representations of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us; ²⁵ nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest enters into the holy place year by year with blood not his own,

³ But in those sacrifices there is yearly reminder of sins. ⁴ For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.

¹⁹ Having therefore, brothers, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus, ²⁰ by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the curtain, that is to say, his flesh; ²¹ and having a great priest over the house of God, ²² let us draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and having our body washed with pure water,

¹⁹ but with precious blood, as of an unblemished and spotless lamb, namely Christ;
