¹⁷ If the whole body were an eye, where is the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where is the smelling?

⁹ Formerly in Israel, when a person went to ask God a question, he would say: »Come; let’s go to the seer.« This is because a prophet used to be called a seer.

⁹ God created ears. Do you think he cannot hear? He formed eyes. Do you think he cannot see?
