The clouds are the dust of his feet. ⁴ He rebukes the sea, and makes it dry. He dries up all the rivers. Bashan and Carmel become dry and the flower of Lebanon withers.

¹⁵ You tread the sea with your horses, the serge of mighty waters.

³³ O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments. His ways are beyond human understanding!
