1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened to ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 And five of them were foolish, and five were wise.
3 Those who were foolish took their lamps, but took no oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their flasks with their lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all became drowsy and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry, Behold, the bridegroom comes; go out to meet him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said to the wise, Give us some of your oil; for our lamps are going out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, No; lest there not be enough for us and you: but rather go to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast: and the door was shut.
11 Afterward the other virgins also came, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But he answered and said, Truly I say to you, I do not know you.
13 Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour.
14 For it is like a man travelling to a far country, who called his servants, and delivered to them his goods.
15 To one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his ability; and he went on his journey.
16 Then he who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and gained another five talents.
17 And likewise, he who had received two, gained two more.
18 But he who had received one went and dug in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
19 After a long time the lord of those servants came, and settled accounts with them.
20 And so he who had received five talents came and brought the other five talents, saying, Lord, you delivered to me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 His lord said to him, Well done, you good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter into the joy of your lord.
22 He also who had received two talents came and said, Lord, you delivered to me two talents: behold, I have gained two more talents.
23 His lord said to him, Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter into the joy of your lord.
24 Then he who had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew that you are a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed:
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the earth: lo, here you have what is yours.
26 His lord answered and said to him, You wicked and slothful servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed:
27 Then you ought to have put my money in the bank, and then at my coming I should have received it back with interest.
28 Take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents.
29 For to every one who has shall more be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him who does not have, even that which he has shall be taken away.
30 And cast the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, and the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say to those on his right hand, Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was hungry, and you gave me food: I was thirsty, and you gave me drink: I was a stranger, and you took me in:
36 Naked, and you clothed me: I was sick, and you visited me: I was in prison, and you came to me.
37 Then the righteous shall answer him, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you? or thirsty, and give you drink?
38 When did we see you a stranger, and take you in? or naked, and clothe you?
39 Or when did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?
40 And the King shall answer and say to them, Truly I say to you, as you have done it to one of the least of these, my brethren, you have done it to me.
41 Then he shall say to those on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed, into eternal fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was hungry, and you gave me no food: I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and you did not take me in: naked, and you did not clothe me: sick, and in prison, and you did not visit me.
44 Then they also shall answer him, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to you?
45 Then he shall answer them, saying, Truly I say to you, as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.
46 And these shall go away into eternal punishment: but the righteous into eternal life.

Ephesians 5:25-33
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church, and gave himself up for her;
26 That he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water through the word,
27 That he might present her to himself a glorious church, without spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that she should be holy and without blemish.
28 So husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
29 For no man ever hated his own flesh; but he nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church:
30 Because we are members of his body.
31 For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother, and be joined to his wife, and the two shall be one flesh.
32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

24 Therefore, whoever hears these words of mine, and does them, will be like a wise man, who built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it did not fall: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one who hears these words of mine, and does not do them, is like a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand:
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
Matthew 13:19-23
19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes, and catches away that which was sown in his heart. This is the seed that was sown by the wayside.
20 The seed sown upon stony places is he who hears the word, and immediately receives it with joy;
21 Yet he has no root in himself, and endures only for a while: when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, he falls away.
22 The seed sown among the thorns is he who hears the word; and the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.
23 But the seed sown on the good ground is he who hears the word, and understands it; he also bears fruit, and brings forth, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty.
Matthew 13:38-43
38 The field is the world; the good seed are the sons of the kingdom; but the tares are the sons of the wicked one;
39 The enemy who sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40 Therefore, as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be at the end of this age.
41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and those who do iniquity;
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
43 Then the righteous shall shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.

5 For they willingly ignore this, that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago, and the earth was formed out of water and by water.
6 And by water the world that then was, being deluged, perished:
7 But by the same word, the heavens and the earth which are now, are reserved for fire on the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, do not be ignorant of this one thing, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.
9 The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some men count slowness; but is patient toward you, not wanting that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

1 Peter 4:7
7 But the end of all things is at hand: therefore be of sound mind and sober judgement for prayer.
Matthew 21:33
33 Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner, who planted a vineyard, and put a hedge around it, and dug a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to farmers, and went to a far country:
Matthew 25:14-30
Mark 13:34
34 It is like a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to each man his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch.
Luke 16:1-12
1 And he also said to his disciples, There was a certain rich man, who had a steward, and charges were brought to him that the steward was wasting his goods.
2 And he called him, and said to him, What is this that I hear of you? give an account of your stewardship; for you may no longer be steward.
3 Then the steward said to himself, What shall I do? for my lord is taking away my stewardship: I am not strong enough to dig; and I am ashamed to beg.
4 I know what to do, so that when I am put out of the stewardship, people will receive me into their houses.
5 So he called in every one of his lord's debtors, and said to the first, How much do you owe to my lord?
6 And he said, A hundred measures of oil. And he said to him, Take your bill, and sit down quickly, and write fifty.
7 Then he said to another, And how much do you owe? And he said, A hundred measures of wheat. And he said to him, Take your bill, and write eighty.
8 And the lord commended the dishonest steward, because he had acted shrewdly: for the children of this world are more shrewd in dealing with own kind than are the children of light.
9 And I say to you, Make friends for yourselves using worldly wealth; that, when it fails, they may receive you into the eternal habitations.
10 He who is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he who is dishonest in the least is also dishonest in much.
11 Therefore, if you have not been faithful with worldly wealth, who will entrust you with true riches?
12 And if you have not been faithful with that which is another man's, who shall give you possessions of your own?
Luke 19:12-27
12 Therefore he said, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and then to return.
13 And he called his ten servants, and gave them ten minas, and said to them, Trade with these until I come.
14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We do not want this man to reign over us.
15 And it came to pass, that when he returned, having received the kingdom, that he commanded the servants to whom he had given the money to be called to him, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.
16 The first came, saying, Lord, your mina has gained ten minas.
17 And he said to him, Well done, you good servant: because you have been faithful in a very little, take authority over ten cities.
18 And the second came, saying, Lord, your mina has gained five minas.
19 And he said likewise to him, You shall be in authority over five cities.
20 And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is your mina, which I have kept laid up in a handkerchief:
21 For I feared you, because you are a severe man: you take up what you have not laid down, and reap what you did not sow.
22 And he said to him, Out of your own mouth will I judge you, you wicked servant. You knew that I was a severe man, taking up what I did not lay down, and reaping what I did not sow:
23 Why then did you not put my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have collected it with interest?
24 And he said to those who stood by, Take from him the mina, and give it to him who has ten minas.
25 And they said to him, Lord, he already has ten minas.
26 I say to you, To everyone who has shall more be given; and from him who has not, even what he has shall be taken away from him.
27 As for my enemies, those who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here, and kill them in front of me.
Romans 12:6-8
6 Having gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, according to the proportion of our faith;
7 If service, in our serving; or he who teaches, in his teaching;
8 Or he who exhorts, in exhortation: he who gives, with generosity; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.
1 Corinthians 3:5
5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom you believed, as the Lord assigned to each his task?
1 Corinthians 4:1-2
1 Corinthians 12:4
4 Now there are various kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit.
1 Corinthians 12:7-29
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each man for the common good.
8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by that one Spirit;
10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another various kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
11 But all these things are by one and the same Spirit, who distributes to every man as he wills.
12 For just as the body is one, and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body: so it is with Christ.
13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slave or free; and have all been made to drink of one Spirit.
14 For the body is not one member, but many.
15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not part of the body; is it therefore not part of the body?
16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not part of the body; is it therefore not part of the body?
17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole were hearing, where would the sense of smell be?
18 But now God has set the members, every one of them, in the body, as it has pleased him.
19 And if they were all one member, where would the body be?
20 But as it is, there are many members, yet one body.
21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
22 No, those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are the most necessary:
23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our unpresentable parts are treated with special modesty,
24 Of which our presentable parts have no need: but God has composed the body, giving more abundant honour to that part which lacked it:
25 That there should be no division in the body; but that the members should have the same care for one another.
26 And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honoured, all the members rejoice with it.
27 Now you are the body of Christ, and individually members of it.
28 And God has appointed in the church, first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that workers of miracles, then those with gifts of healing, helpers, administrators, and those who speak in different tongues.
29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
Ephesians 4:11
11 And he gave some as apostles; and some as prophets; and some as evangelists; and some as pastors and teachers;
1 Peter 4:9-11
9 Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.
10 As every man has received a gift, so he should use it to serve one another, as befits good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
11 If any man speak, let it be as one who speaks the oracles of God; if any man serves, let him do it as by the strength which God supplies: that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

48 But he who did not know, and committed things worthy of a beating, shall be beaten with few blows. For to whomever much is given, of him shall much be required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask all the more.

Romans 15:18-19
18 For I will not dare to speak of any work except what Christ has done through me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,
19 Through the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.
1 Corinthians 9:16-23
16 For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast about: for it is a necessity laid upon me; woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!
17 If I do this willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a commission has been entrusted to me.
18 What is my reward then? That when I preach the gospel, I may offer the gospel without charge, not taking advantage of my rights in the gospel.
19 For though I am free from all men, yet I have made myself the servant to all, that I might win the more.
20 To the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win the Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law;
21 To those who are without the law, as without the law, (though I am not without the law of God, but am under the law of Christ,) that I might win those who are without the law.
22 To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak: I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
23 And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be a partaker in its blessings.
1 Corinthians 15:10
10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than all of them: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

5 But you, be steady in all things; endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
6 For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand.
7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
8 Henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me on that day: and not only to me, but also to all those who have longed for his appearing.
Philemon 1:6-7
3 John 1:5-8
5 Beloved, you act faithfully whenever you perform any service for the brethren, especially when they are strangers.
6 For they have borne witness of your love before the church. If you send them on their journey in a manner worthy of God, you shall do well:
7 Because for his name's sake they went forth, accepting nothing from the Gentiles.
8 Therefore we ought to support such men, that we might be fellow workers in the truth.
Mark 14:3-8
3 And while he was in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he reclined at table, there came a woman having an alabaster vial of perfume of pure nard; and she broke the vial, and poured it on his head.
4 And some were indignant, and said to themselves, Why was this perfume wasted?
5 For it might have been sold for more than three hundred denarii, and have been given to the poor. And they reproved her.
6 And Jesus said, Let her alone; why are you troubling her? she has done a beautiful thing to me.
7 For you have the poor with you always, and whenever you wish you may do them good: but you will not always have me.
8 She has done what she could: she has come beforehand to anoint my body for burial.
Acts 9:36-39
36 Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which translated is Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and acts of charity.
37 And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died; and when they had washed her, they laid her in an upper room.
38 And since Lydda was near to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent to him two men, urging him to come to them and not delay.
39 Then Peter arose and went with them. When he had come, they brought him into the upper room: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.

11 You will be enriched in everything, so you can be generous, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.
12 For the performance of this service not only supplies the wants of the saints, but also overflows in many thanksgivings to God.
13 Because of the proof given by this service, they will glorify God because of your obedience to the gospel of Christ, which you profess, and for your liberal contribution to them, and to all;
14 And in their prayers, their hearts will go out to you because of the surpassing grace of God in you.

16 May the Lord give mercy to the house of Onesiphorus; for he often refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chains:
17 But when he was in Rome, he sought me out very diligently, and found me.
18 May the Lord grant that he will find mercy from the Lord on that day. You know very well in how many ways he ministered to me at Ephesus.

19 There was a certain rich man, who was clothed in purple and fine linen, and feasted sumptuously every day:
20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, who was laid at his gate, covered with sores,
21 And he longed to eat the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
23 And in Hades he lift up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried out, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and Lazarus received evil things: but now he is comforted, and you are tormented.
26 And beside all this, between us and you a great gulf has been fixed: so that those who would pass from here to you cannot; nor can any pass over from there to us.
27 He said, Then I beg you, father, that you would send him to my father's house:
28 For I have five brothers. Have him warn them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
29 Abraham said to him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
30 And he said, No, father Abraham: but if someone went to them from the dead, they will repent.
31 And he said to him, If they will not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if someone rises from the dead.
Romans 14:7-12
7 For none of us lives for himself, and none of us dies for himself.
8 For if we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord: therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord's.
9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose to life, that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.
10 Why do you judge your brother? or why do you despise your brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God.
11 For it is written, As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
12 So then, every one of us shall give an account of himself to God.
1 Corinthians 3:12-15

36 Naked, and you clothed me: I was sick, and you visited me: I was in prison, and you came to me.
37 Then the righteous shall answer him, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you? or thirsty, and give you drink?
38 When did we see you a stranger, and take you in? or naked, and clothe you?
39 Or when did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?

14 Since then, as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he himself also partook of the same; that through death he might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil;
15 And deliver those who through fear of death were all their lives subject to bondage.
1 Peter 1:22
22 Since you have purified your souls by obeying the truth, so you have a sincere love of the brethren; love one another fervently from the heart.
1 John 3:14-19
1 John 4:7-12
7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God, and every one who loves is born of God, and knows God.
8 He who does not love does not know God; for God is love.
9 In this was the love of God revealed among us, that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.
11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
12 No man has seen God at any time, but if we love one another, God abides in us, and his love is perfected in us.
1 John 4:20-5:2
20 If a man says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar: for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.
Matthew 5:22
22 But I say to you, That whoever is angry with his brother shall be in danger of judgment: and whoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whoever shall say, You fool, shall be in danger of the hell of fire.
Matthew 7:23
23 And then I will declare to them, I never knew you: depart from me, you who work iniquity.
Matthew 13:40
40 Therefore, as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be at the end of this age.
Matthew 18:8
8 Therefore, if your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off, and cast it from you: it is better for you to enter into life maimed or crippled, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into eternal fire.
Mark 9:43-48
43 And if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off: it is better for you to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched:
44 [Where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.]
45 And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off: it is better for you to enter life lame, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched:
46 [Where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.]
47 And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out: it is better for you to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell:
48 Where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.
Luke 13:27
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I do not know where you are from; depart from me, all you workers of iniquity.
John 8:44
44 You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature: for he is a liar, and the father of lies.
Romans 9:22-23
Galatians 3:10-13
10 For all who depend on the works of the law are under a curse: for it is written, Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do all things which are written in the book of the law.
11 But it is evident that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, for: The just shall live by faith.
12 But the law does not rest on faith: rather, The man who does these things shall live by them.
13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having been made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one who hangs on a tree.
2 Thessalonians 1:9
9 They shall be punished with eternal ruin and exclusion from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

8 But that which bears thorns and thistles is worthless, and is near to being cursed; its end is to be burned.
2 Peter 2:4
4 For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into pits of gloom, to be reserved for judgment;
1 John 3:10
10 By this the children of God and the children of the devil are revealed: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.
Jude 1:6-7
6 And the angels which did not keep their own domain, but left their proper abode, he has kept in eternal chains under darkness for the great day of judgment.
7 Just as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them, which gave themselves over in a similar manner to sexual immorality, and to going after strange flesh, are set forth as an example of suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Revelation 12:7-9
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought,
8 But were not strong enough; and there was no longer any place for them in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast down, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, who deceives the whole world: he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him.
Revelation 14:10-11
10 He shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out at full strength into the cup of his anger; and he shall be tormented with fire and sulphur in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever: and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, or who receive the mark of his name.
Revelation 20:10-15
10 And the devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and sulphur, where the beast and the false prophet were, and they shall be tormented day and night forever and ever.
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him who sat upon it, from whose face earth and heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Matthew 10:37-38
Matthew 12:30
30 He who is not with me is against me; and he who does not gather with me scatters.
Matthew 25:35
35 For I was hungry, and you gave me food: I was thirsty, and you gave me drink: I was a stranger, and you took me in:
John 5:23
23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He who does not honour the Son does not honour the Father who has sent him.
John 8:42-44
42 Jesus said to them, If God were your Father, you would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; for I did not come of my own accord, but he sent me.
43 Why do you not understand my speech? it is because you cannot bear to hear my word.
44 You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature: for he is a liar, and the father of lies.
John 14:21
21 He who has my commandments, and keeps them, he it is who loves me: and he who loves me shall be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
1 Corinthians 16:22
22 If any man does not love the Lord, let him be accursed. Our Lord, come.
2 Thessalonians 1:8
8 Taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
James 2:15-24
15 If a brother or sister is without clothing, and destitute of daily food,
16 And one of you says to him, Depart in peace, be warmed and filled; yet you do not give him the things which are necessary for the body; of what benefit is that?
17 Even so faith, if it does not have works, is dead, being alone.
18 But a man may say, You have faith, and I have works: show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
19 You believe that there is one God; you do well: the devils believe also, and tremble.
20 Do you want to be shown, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?
21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
22 You see that faith was active with his works, and by works was faith made perfect;
23 And the scripture was fulfilled which says, Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.
1 John 3:14-17
14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love abides in death.
15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer: and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.
16 By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
17 But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him?
1 John 4:20
20 If a man says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar: for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.
Matthew 7:22
22 Many will say to me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? and in your name cast out devils? and in your name done many miracles?
Matthew 25:24-27
24 Then he who had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew that you are a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed:
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the earth: lo, here you have what is yours.
26 His lord answered and said to him, You wicked and slothful servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed:
27 Then you ought to have put my money in the bank, and then at my coming I should have received it back with interest.
Luke 10:29
29 But he, desiring to justify himself, said to Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
John 15:18-19
Acts 9:5
5 And he said, Who are you, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.
1 John 3:12-20
12 Do not be like Cain, who was of the wicked one, and killed his brother. And why did he kill him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's were righteous.
13 Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you.
18 My little children, let us not love in word or in speech; but in deed and in truth.
19 And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him,
20 Whenever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.
1 John 5:1-3
1 Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one who loves the parent also loves the child.
2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not burdensome.
Matthew 13:43
43 Then the righteous shall shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.
Mark 9:43-45
43 And if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off: it is better for you to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched:
44 [Where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.]
45 And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off: it is better for you to enter life lame, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched:

Acts 24:15
15 And have hope toward God, which they themselves also have, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.
Romans 2:7-16
7 To those who by patience in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
8 But to those who are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath.
9 There shall be tribulation and anguish upon every soul of man who does evil, first for the Jew, and also for the Greek;
10 But glory, honour, and peace for every man who does good works, for the Jew first, and also for the Greek:
11 For there is no partiality with God.
12 For as many as have sinned without the law shall also perish without the law: and as many as have sinned under the law shall be judged by the law;
13 (For it is not the hearers of the law who are justified before God, but it is the doers of the law who shall be justified.
14 For when the Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, though not having the law, are a law to themselves.
15 They show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts either accusing or perhaps defending them.)
16 On that day God shall judge the secrets of men through Jesus Christ, as my gospel proclaims.
Romans 5:21
21 So that as sin has reigned in death, even so might grace reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
