¹² For as yet we are looking at puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then face to face. As yet I know in part, but then I shall know fully, as I have been fully known.

¹⁴ Follow after peace with all men and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.

² Beloved, we are now children of God and it is not yet plain what we shall be. But we know that if he appears we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. ³ And every one who has this hope set upon Christ purifies himself just as Christ is pure.

¹² He who conquers — I will make him a pillar in the Temple of my God and he will never go out, and I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down from heaven from my God, and I will write on him my own new name.
