² That thou mayest preserve discretion,––and, as for knowledge, that thy lips may guard it.

² Most beautiful thou art, beyond the sons of men, Graciousness hath been poured forth by thy lips, For this cause, hath God blessed thee, to times age–abiding.

¹⁵ My mouth, shall relate thy righteousness, All the day, thy deliverance, For I know not the numbers.

¹³ With my lips, have I recounted All the regulations of thy mouth.

²¹ The lips of the righteous, feed multitudes, but, the foolish, for lack of sense, shall die.

² The tongue of the wise, adorneth knowledge,––but, the mouth of dullards, belcheth out folly.

⁷ The lips of the wise, scatter abroad knowledge, but, the heart of dullards, is not right.

²³ The heart of the wise, giveth discretion to his mouth, and, upon his lips, increaseth persuasiveness.

¹⁵ There are gold, and an abundance of corals, but, precious jewels, are the lips of knowledge.
