⁵ And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house), Yet they shall know that there has been a prophet among them.

⁷ And you shall speak My words to them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: For they are most rebellious.

¹⁰ Moreover He said to me, "Son of man, receive in your heart all My words that I shall speak to you, and hear with your ears. ¹¹ And go, get yourself to those of the captivity, to the children of your people, and speak to them, and tell them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD'; whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear."

¹⁹ Yet if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.

²⁷ But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD'; He who hears, let him hear; and he that declines, let him forbear: For they are a rebellious house."

⁹ Nevertheless, if you warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he does not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.

³³ And when this comes to pass, (see, it will come), then they shall know that a prophet has been among them."

¹² And when you come into a house, salute it. ¹³ And if the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it: But if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. ¹⁴ And whoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when you depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet. ¹⁵ Truly I say to you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment, than for that city.

¹⁰ But whatever city you enter into, and they do not receive you, go your way out into the streets of the same, and say, ¹¹ 'Even the very dust of your city, which sticks on us, we wipe off against you: Nevertheless be sure of this, that the kingdom of God has come near to you.' ¹² But I say to you, That it shall be more tolerable in that Day for Sodom, than for that city.

²² If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have had sin: But now they have no cloke for their sin.

⁴⁶ Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, "It was necessary that the Word of God should first have been spoken to you: But seeing you put it away from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, behold, we turn to the Gentiles.

³ For what if some did not believe? Shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?

¹⁵ For we are to God a sweet savor of Christ, in those that are saved, and in those that perish: ¹⁶ To the one we are the savour of death leading to death; and to the other the savor of life leading to life. And who is sufficient for these things? ¹⁷ For we are not as many, which corrupt the Word of God: But out of sincerity, but as from God, in the sight of God we speak in Christ.
