¹³ My hand has also laid the foundation of the earth, and My right hand has spanned heaven: When I call to them, they stand up together.

¹¹ For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day: Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

¹⁸ Have you with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?

²⁵ Of old You have laid the foundation of the earth: And the heavens are the work of Your hands.

⁸⁹ LAMED: Forever, O LORD, Your word is settled in heaven. ⁹⁰ Your faithfulness is to all generations: You have established the earth, and it abides. ⁹¹ They continue to this day according to Your ordinances: For all are Your servants.

⁴ He tells the number of the stars; He calls them all by their names.

⁵ Let them praise the name of the LORD: For He commanded, and they were created. ⁶ He has also established them forever and ever: He has made a decree which shall not pass. ⁷ Praise the LORD from the earth, you dragons, and all the deep: ⁸ Fire, and hail; snow and vapor; stormy wind fulfilling His word:

¹² Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?

²² It is He who sits on the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are as grasshoppers; that stretches out heaven as a curtain, and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in:

²⁶ Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who has created these things, who brings out their host by number: He calls them all by names by the greatness of His might, for that He is strong in power; not one fails.

⁵ Thus said God the LORD, He who created heaven, and stretched them out; He who spread forth the earth, and that which comes out of it; He that gives breath to the people on it, and spirit to those who walk in it:

¹⁸ For thus says the LORD who created heaven; God Himself that formed the earth and made it; He has established it, He did not create it in vain, He formed it to be inhabited: "I am the LORD; and there is none other.

¹⁰ And, "You, Lord, have laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning; and the heavens are the works of Your hands: ¹¹ They shall perish; but You remain; and they shall all wax old as does a garment; ¹² And as a vesture You shall fold them up, and they shall be changed: But You are the same, and Your years shall not fail."
