¹⁰ Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief: When you shall make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in His hand.

⁹ Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices: My flesh also shall rest in hope. ¹⁰ For You will not leave my soul in hell; neither will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption. ¹¹ You will show me the path of life: In Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.

⁴ He asked life of You, and You gave it to him, even length of days forever and ever.

³⁰ A seed shall serve Him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.

¹⁷ His name shall endure forever: His name shall be continued as long as the sun: And men shall be blessed in Him: All nations shall call Him blessed.

¹⁰ Mercy and truth have met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other. ¹¹ Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven. ¹² Yes, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.

²⁹ I will also make his seed to endure forever, and his throne as the days of heaven.

³⁶ His seed shall endure forever, and his throne as the sun before Me.

³ Your people shall be willing in the day of Your power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: You have the dew of Your youth.

¹¹ The LORD takes pleasure in those who fear Him, in those that hope in His mercy.

⁴ For the LORD takes pleasure in His people: He will beautify the meek with salvation.

⁷ Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end, on the throne of David, and on His kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from now on even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

¹ Behold My servant, whom I uphold; My elect, in whom My soul delights; I have put My spirit on Him: He shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.

¹⁰ declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, 'My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure':

³ He is despised and rejected by men; a Man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: And we hid our faces from Him as it were; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. ⁴ Surely He has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: Yet we had esteemed Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. ⁵ But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: The chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed. ⁶ All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

¹² Therefore I will divide to Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He has poured out His soul to death: And He was numbered with the transgressors; and He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

¹¹ So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. ¹² For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: The mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. ¹³ Instead of the thorn the fir tree shall come up, and instead of the brier the myrtle tree shall come up: And it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off."

³ You shall also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God. ⁴ You shall no longer be termed Forsaken; neither shall your land any more be termed Desolate: But you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah: For the LORD delights in you, and your land shall be married. ⁵ For as a young man marries a virgin, so shall your sons marry you: And as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.

⁴¹ Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with My whole heart and with My whole soul.'

¹¹ Say to them, 'As I live', said the Lord GOD, 'I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: Turn yourself, turn from your evil ways; for why will you die, O house of Israel?'

²⁵ And they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob My servant, in which your fathers have dwelled; and they shall dwell in it, even they and their children, and their children's children forever: And My servant David shall be their prince forever.

¹³ I saw in the night visions, and behold, One like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought Him near before Him. ¹⁴ And there was dominion, and glory, and a kingdom given to Him, that all people, nations, and languages should serve Him: His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

²⁴ Seventy weeks are determined upon your people and upon your holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy.

¹⁸ Who is a God like You, that pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not maintain His anger forever, because He delights in mercy.

¹⁷ The LORD your God is mighty in the midst of you; He will save, He will rejoice over you with joy; He will rest in His love, He will joy over you with singing."

⁷ "Awake, O sword, against My shepherd, and against the man that is My fellow", says the LORD of hosts: "Smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: And I will turn My hand upon the little ones.

¹⁷ And behold a voice from heaven, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."

⁵ While he still spoke, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: And behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear Him."

³³ And He shall reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of His kingdom there shall be no end."

⁵ And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. ⁶ And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, 'Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.' ⁷ I say to you, That likewise more joy shall be in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine just persons, which need no repentance.

²³ And bring here the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: ²⁴ For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.' And they began to be merry.

³⁷ All that the Father gives Me shall come to Me; and he who comes to Me I will in no case cast out. ³⁸ For I came down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him that sent Me. ³⁹ And this is the Father's will which has sent Me, that of all which He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. ⁴⁰ And this is the will of Him that sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes on Him, may have everlasting life: And I will raise him up at the last day."

²⁴ Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless a kernel of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it abides alone: But if it dies, it brings forth much fruit.

²⁴ Whom God has raised up, having loosed the pains of death: Because it was not possible that He should be held by it. ²⁵ For David speaks concerning Him, 'I foresaw the LORD always before my face, for He is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: ²⁶ Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; moreover my flesh also shall rest in hope: ²⁷ Because You will not leave my soul in hell, neither will You permit Your Holy One to see corruption. ²⁸ You have made known to me the ways of life; You shall make me full of joy with Your countenance.'

⁹ Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dies no more; death has no more dominion over Him.

⁸ So then, those that are in the flesh cannot please God.

³² He that did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not together with Him also freely give us all things?

²¹ For He has made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

¹³ Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: For it is written, "Cursed is everyone that hangs on a tree":

⁵ Having predestined us to the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,

⁹ having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He has purposed in Himself:

² and walk in love, as Christ also has loved us, and has given Himself for us as an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savor.

¹¹ Therefore we also pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness, and the work of faith with power:

¹³ And again, "I will put My trust in Him." And again, "Behold I and the children which God has given Me."

²⁷ who needs not offer up daily sacrifice, as those high priests did, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: For this He did once, when He offered up Himself.

¹⁴ How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

²⁵ Nor yet that He should offer Himself often, as the high priest enters into the holy place every year with blood of others; ²⁶ for then he must have often suffered since the foundation of the world: But now once in the end of the world He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.

⁶ In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You had no pleasure. ⁷ Then I said, 'Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of Me) to do Your will, O God.' " ⁸ When He said above, "You would not like sacrifice, offering, burnt offerings, nor offerings for sin, neither had pleasure in them"; which are offered according to the law; ⁹ then He said, "Behold, I come to do Your will, O God." He takes away the first, that He may establish the second. ¹⁰ By that will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. ¹¹ And every priest stands ministering daily and offering frequently the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: ¹² But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God;

¹⁰ We have an altar, from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat. ¹¹ For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned outside the camp. ¹² Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate.

²⁴ Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live on to righteousness: By whose stripes you were healed.

⁹ In this the love of God was manifested toward us, in how God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. ¹⁰ In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

¹⁸ I am He that lives, and was dead; and behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
