¹² Thus says the LORD of hosts; 'Again in this place, which is desolate without man and without beast, and in all its cities, shall be a habitation of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.

¹⁰ And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for My people that have sought Me.

²⁶ And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places around Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and food offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, to the house of the LORD.

²⁴ And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all its cities together, farmers, and they who go forth with flocks.

⁴³ And fields shall be bought in this land, of which you say, "It is desolate without man or beast; it is given into the hand of the Chaldeans." ⁴⁴ Men shall buy fields for money, and subscribe evidences, and seal them, and take witnesses in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, and in the cities of the mountains, and in the cities of the valley, and in the cities of the south: For I will cause their captivity to return', said the LORD."

²⁹ And you shall say to Jehoiakim king of Judah, 'Thus says the LORD; "You have burned this scroll, saying, 'Why have you written in it, saying, "The king of Babylon shall certainly come and destroy this land, and shall cause man and beast to cease from there?" ' "

¹⁹ And I will bring Israel to his habitation again, and he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan, and his soul shall be satisfied upon Mount Ephraim and Gilead. ²⁰ In those days, and at that time", said the LORD, "the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: For I will pardon them whom I preserve.

⁶² then you shall say, 'O LORD, you have spoken against this place, to cut it off, that none shall remain in it, neither man nor beast, but that it shall be desolate forever.'

¹² As a shepherd seeks out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so I will seek out My sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day. ¹³ And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country. ¹⁴ I will feed them in a good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel: They shall lie there in a good fold, and in a fat pasture they shall feed upon the mountains of Israel. ¹⁵ I will feed My flock, and I will cause them to lie down", said the Lord GOD.

⁸ But you, O mountains of Israel, you shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your fruit to My people of Israel; for they are soon to come. ⁹ For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you shall be tilled and sown: ¹⁰ And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, even all of it: And the cities shall be inhabited, and the wastes shall be built: ¹¹ And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring fruit: And I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better to you than at your beginnings: And you shall know that I am the LORD.

¹⁹ And those of the south shall possess the mount of Esau; as shall also those of the plain of the Philistines: And they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: And Benjamin shall possess Gilead. ²⁰ And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even to Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.

⁶ And the sea coast shall be dwellings and cottages for shepherds, and folds for flocks. ⁷ And the coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; they shall feed there: In the houses of Ashkelon they shall lie down in the evening: For the LORD their God shall visit them, and turn away their captivity.
