¹⁶ And I will beseech the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever;

²⁰ Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you: And lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the world." Amen.

¹⁴ But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."

¹⁴ If you shall ask anything in My name, I will do it.

¹⁸ I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

²⁶ But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I have said to you.

²⁶ But when the Comforter has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceeds from the Father, He shall testify of Me:

⁷ Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: For if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you. ⁸ And when He has come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: ⁹ Of sin, because they do not believe upon Me; ¹⁰ of righteousness, because I go to My Father, and you see Me no more; ¹¹ of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. ¹² I still have many things to say to you, But you cannot bear them now. ¹³ Moreover when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth: For He shall not speak of Himself; but whatever He shall hear, that shall He speak: And He will show you things to come. ¹⁴ He shall glorify Me: For He shall receive of Mine, and shall show it to you. ¹⁵ All things that the Father has are Mine: Therefore I said, that He shall take of Mine, and shall show it to you.

²² Therefore you now have sorrow: But I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and no man will take your joy from you.

²⁶ In that day you shall ask in My name: And I do not say to you that I will beseech the Father for you: ²⁷ For the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came out from God.

⁹ I pray for them: I do not pray for the world, but for those whom You have given Me; for they are Yours. ¹⁰ And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine; and I am glorified in them. ¹¹ And now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your own name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one, as We are.

¹⁵ I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil.

²⁰ I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who shall believe upon Me through their word;

³¹ Then the churches had rest throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, were multiplied.

⁵² And the disciples were filled with joy, and with the Holy Spirit.

⁵ Now hope does not make us ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which is given to us.

¹⁵ For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, by which we cry out, "Abba, Father." ¹⁶ The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

²⁶ Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities: For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought: But the Spirit itself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. ²⁷ Moreover He that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

³⁴ Who is he that condemns? It is Christ that died, now rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

¹⁷ For the kingdom of God is not food and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

¹³ Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

²² But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

¹³ In Whom you also trusted, after that you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: In Whom also after that you believed, you were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise, ¹⁴ which is the first fruits of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

¹ Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any inward affection and mercies,

³ For you are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. ⁴ When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then you shall also appear with Him in glory.

¹⁶ Now our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God, even our Father, which has loved us, and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

²⁵ Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those that come to God by Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.

¹ My little children, these things I write to you so that you do not sin. And if any man sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
