²⁰ But whatever has a blemish, that you shall not offer: For it shall not be acceptable for you.

²⁵ Neither from a stranger's hand shall you offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: They shall not be accepted for you.

²¹ And if there be any blemish in it, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, you shall not sacrifice it to the LORD your God.

¹ You shall not sacrifice to the LORD your God any bull, or sheep, in which is blemish, or any bad reputation: For that is an abomination to the LORD your God.

⁸ And if you all offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? And if you all offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? Offer it now to your governor; will he be pleased with you, or accept your person?", says the LORD of hosts.

¹³ You all also said, 'Behold, what a weariness it is!' And you all have snuffed at it", says the LORD of hosts; "and you all brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; in this manner you all brought an offering: Should I accept this from your hand?", says the LORD. ¹⁴ "But cursed be the deceiver, which has in his flock a male, and vows, and sacrifices to the Lord a corrupt thing: For I am a great King", says the LORD of hosts, "and My name is frightening among the heathen."

¹⁴ How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

¹⁹ but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
