¹⁴ And he brought the bull for the sin offering: And Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull for the sin offering.

¹⁰ And you shall cause a bull to be brought before the tabernacle of the congregation: And Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the bull. ¹¹ And you shall kill the bull before the LORD, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. ¹² And you shall take of the blood of the bull, and put it upon the horns of the altar with your finger, and pour all the blood beside the bottom of the altar. ¹³ And you shall take all the fat that covers the inwards, and the lobe that is above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and burn them upon the altar. ¹⁴ But the flesh of the bull, and his skin, and his dung, you shall burn with fire outside the camp: It is a sin offering.

⁴ And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.

³ If the priest that is anointed do sin according to the sin of the people; then let him bring for his sin, which he has sinned, a young bull without blemish to the LORD for a sin offering. ⁴ And he shall bring the bull to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD; and shall lay his hand upon the bull's head, and kill the bull before the LORD. ⁵ And the priest that is anointed shall take of the bull's blood, and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation: ⁶ And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle of the blood seven times before the LORD, before the veil of the sanctuary. ⁷ And the priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the congregation; and shall pour all the blood of the bull at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. ⁸ And he shall take off from it all the fat of the bull for the sin offering; the fat that covers the inwards, and all the fat that is on the inwards, ⁹ and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the lobe above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away, ¹⁰ as it was taken off from the bull of the sacrifice of peace offerings: And the priest shall burn them on the altar of the burnt offering. ¹¹ And the skin of the bull, and all his flesh, with his head, and with his legs, and his inwards, and his dung, ¹² even the whole bull shall he carry forth outside the camp to a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and burn him on the wood with fire: Where the ashes are poured out shall he be burnt.

² take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and a bull for the sin offering, and two rams, and a basket of unleavened bread;

⁶ And Aaron shall offer his bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make an atonement for himself, and for his house.

²¹ And Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them on the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness:

¹⁵ I will offer to You burnt sacrifices of fatted calves, with the incense of rams; I will offer bulls with goats. Selah.

¹⁰ Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief: When you shall make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in His hand.

¹⁹ And you shall give a young bull for a sin offering to the Levite priests that are of the seed of Zadok, which approach Me, to minister to Me', says the Lord GOD.

³ For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

²¹ For He has made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

²⁶ For such a High Priest suited us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; ²⁷ who needs not offer up daily sacrifice, as those high priests did, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: For this He did once, when He offered up Himself. ²⁸ For the law makes men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, makes the Son, who is consecrated forevermore.

¹⁸ For Christ also has suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive by the Spirit:
