⁵ Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: You shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:

⁶ As for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water:

²⁰ But whatever has a blemish, that you shall not offer: For it shall not be acceptable for you. ²¹ And whoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to the LORD to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish in it. ²² Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a running sore, or scurvy, or scabbed, you shall not offer these to the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them on the altar to the LORD. ²³ Either a bull or a lamb that has anything superfluous or lacking in his parts, that may you offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted. ²⁴ You shall not offer to the LORD that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall you make any offering of it in your land. ²⁵ Neither from a stranger's hand shall you offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: They shall not be accepted for you.

⁶ And the priest shall take cedar wood, and hyssop, and scarlet, and cast it into the middle of the burning of the heifer.

²¹ And Eleazar the priest said to the men of war which went to the battle, This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD commanded Moses;

³ And it shall be, that the city which is next to the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take a heifer, which has not been worked with, and which has not drawn in the yoke;

⁷ Now therefore make a new cart, and take two milk cows, on which there has come no yoke, and tie the cows to the cart, and bring their calves home from them:

¹⁸ "Come now, and let us reason together", said the LORD: "though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

¹⁴ The yoke of my transgressions is bound by His hand: They are wreathed, and come up on my neck: He has made my strength to fall, the LORD has delivered me into their hands, from whom I am not able to rise up.

¹³ You all also said, 'Behold, what a weariness it is!' And you all have snuffed at it", says the LORD of hosts; "and you all brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; in this manner you all brought an offering: Should I accept this from your hand?", says the LORD. ¹⁴ "But cursed be the deceiver, which has in his flock a male, and vows, and sacrifices to the Lord a corrupt thing: For I am a great King", says the LORD of hosts, "and My name is frightening among the heathen."

³⁵ And the angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit shall come upon you, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow you: Therefore that Holy One which shall be born of you shall also be called the Son of God.

¹⁷ Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life, that I might take it again. ¹⁸ No man takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment I have received from My Father."

⁶ Who, being in the form of God, did not count it robbery to be equal with God: ⁷ But made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Himself the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: ⁸ And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient to death, even the death of the cross.

²⁶ For such a High Priest suited us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

¹⁰ which stood only in foods and drinks, diverse washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.

¹⁹ but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

⁴ then shall the priest command to take for him that is to be cleansed two birds alive and clean, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:

⁴⁹ And he shall take to cleanse the house two birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:

⁷ Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

¹⁷ And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he knew it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

²⁰ But the soul that eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, that pertain to the LORD, having his uncleanness on him, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

³¹ Thus shall you separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness; that they die not in their uncleanness, when they defile my tabernacle that is among them.

³ And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he has given of his seed to Molech, to defile My sanctuary, and to profane My holy name.

³ Say to them, 'Whoever he is of all your seed among your generations, that goes to the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow to the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from My presence: I am the LORD.

³⁰ But the soul that does ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproaches the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

² For if the word spoken by angels was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward; ³ how shall we escape, if we neglect such great salvation; which at first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those that heard Him;

²⁹ Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, shall he be thought worthy, who has tread underfoot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant, with which he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and has extreme malice toward the Spirit of grace?

⁸ But the fearful, unbelieving, the abominable, murderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: Which is the second death."

¹¹ He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: And he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: And he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: And he that is holy, let him be holy still."

¹⁵ For outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whoever loves and fabricates a lie.

³² And on whatever any of them, when they are dead, does fall, it shall be unclean; whether it be any vessel of wood, or clothing, or skin, or sack, whatever vessel it be, in which any work is done, it must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the even; so it shall be cleansed.

³⁶ Then the priest shall command that they empty the house, before the priest go into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made unclean: And afterward the priest shall go in to see the house:

²⁷ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are similar to whitened sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.

⁴⁴ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are as graves which are not visible, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them."

³⁰ But by reason of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who of God is made to us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

² And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.

⁹ But it shall be on the seventh day, that he shall shave all his hair off his head and his beard and his eyebrows, even all his hair he shall shave off: And he shall wash his clothes, also he shall wash his flesh in water, and he shall be clean.

¹² He shall purify himself with it on the third day, and on the seventh day he shall be clean: But if he purify not himself the third day, then the seventh day he shall not be clean.

²⁵ Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave Himself for it; ²⁶ that He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, ²⁷ that He might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

¹⁴ who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify to Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

³ For we ourselves were also sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving diverse lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. ⁴ But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, ⁵ not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit;

²² let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

⁷ But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

¹ My little children, these things I write to you so that you do not sin. And if any man sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: ² And He is the propitiation for our sins: And not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

²³ And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

⁵ and from Jesus Christ, Who is the faithful Witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. To Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood, ⁶ and has made us kings and priests to God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

¹⁴ And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he has broken My covenant."

¹⁶ He who believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he who does not believe shall be damned.

³⁹ And by Him all that believe are justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses. ⁴⁰ Beware therefore, lest that which is spoken of in the prophets come upon you; ⁴¹ 'Behold, you despisers, wonder, and perish: For I work a work in your days, a work which you shall in no way believe, though a man declare it to you.' "

⁴ Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? ⁵ But according to your hardness and impenitent heart you treasure up for yourself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

¹⁴ Therefore, beloved, seeing that you look for such things, be diligent that you may be found by Him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

¹⁹ For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by which we draw near to God.

⁴ For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

² Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcass of an unclean wild beast, or a carcass of an unclean domestic beast, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.

¹⁹ And the flesh that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire: And as for the flesh, all that be clean shall eat of it.

¹⁹ For out of the heart proceeds evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: ²⁰ These are the things which defile a man: But to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man."

²¹ For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, ²² thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: ²³ All these evil things come from within, and defile the man."
