³ The LORD has done great things for us; of which we are glad.

²⁷ Blessed be the LORD God of our fathers, which has put such a thing as this in the king's heart, to beautify the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem: ²⁸ And has extended mercy to me before the king, and his counsellors, and before all the king's mighty princes. And I was strengthened as the hand of the LORD my God was on me, and I gathered together out of Israel chief men to go up with me.

⁵⁰ He gives great deliverance to His king; and shows mercy to His anointed, to David, and to His seed forevermore.

¹⁹ Oh how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those that fear You; which You have worked for those that trust in You before the sons of men!

⁵ Come and see the works of God: He is frightful in His doing toward the children of men. ⁶ He turned the sea into dry land: They went through the flood on foot: There we rejoiced in Him.

⁷ O God, when You went forth before Your people, when You marched through the wilderness; Selah: ⁸ The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: Even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

²² The Lord said, "I will bring back from Bashan, I will rescue My people again from the depths of the sea:

¹¹ And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. ¹² And He shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth. ¹³ The envy of Ephraim shall also depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim. ¹⁴ But they shall fly on the shoulders of the Philistines toward the west; they shall spoil those of the east together: They shall lay their hand upon Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them. ¹⁵ And the LORD shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with His mighty wind He shall shake His hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make men go over with dry sandals. ¹⁶ And there shall be a highway for the remnant of His people, which shall be left, from Assyria; as it was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

⁴ And in that day you shall say, "Praise the LORD, call on His name, declare His doings among the people, make mention that His name is exalted. ⁵ Sing to the LORD; for He has done excellent things: This is known in all the earth. ⁶ Cry out and shout, you inhabitant of Zion: For great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of you.

⁹ And it shall be said in that day, "See, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us: This is the LORD; we have waited for Him, we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation."

⁹ Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Was it not You who cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon? ¹⁰ Are You not the One who has dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; who has made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over? ¹¹ Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing to Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: They shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

⁹ Break forth into joy, sing together, you waste places of Jerusalem: For the LORD has comforted His people, He has redeemed Jerusalem. ¹⁰ The LORD has made bare His holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

¹⁴ And when you see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like a herb: And the hand of the LORD shall be known toward His servants, and His indignation toward His enemies.

⁴⁶ Then Mary said: "My soul magnifies the Lord,

⁴⁹ For He that is mighty has done great things to me; and holy is His name.

¹⁸ The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, ¹⁹ and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, ²⁰ which He worked in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, ²¹ far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: ²² And has put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be the head over all things to the church,

¹⁰ Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come: For the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

¹ And after these things I heard a great voice of many people in heaven, saying, "Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, to the Lord our God: ² For His judgments are true and righteous: For He has judged the great whore, which corrupted the earth with her fornication, and has avenged the blood of His servants at her hand." ³ And again they said, "Alleluia. And her smoke rose up forever and ever." ⁴ And the twenty-four elders and the four beasts fell down and worshiped God that sat on the throne, saying, "Amen; Alleluia." ⁵ Then a voice came out of the throne, saying, "Praise our God, all you His servants, and you that fear Him, both small and great." ⁶ And I heard as it were the voice of a large multitude, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia: For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns. ⁷ Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."
