¹¹ Be not far from Me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.

³⁶ For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants, when he sees that their power is gone, and there is none shut up, or left.

²⁶ For the LORD saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very bitter: For there was not any shut up, nor any left, nor any helper for Israel.

¹ Why do You stand afar off, O LORD? Why do You hide Yourself in times of trouble?

¹ How long will You forget me, O LORD? Forever? How long will You hide Your face from me? ² How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? ⁵ And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was no one to uphold: Therefore My own arm brought salvation to Me; and My fury, it upheld Me.

⁵⁶ But all this was done that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled." Then all the disciples forsook Him, and fled.

⁷² But again he denied with an oath, "I do not know the Man."

⁷⁴ And he began to curse and to swear, saying, "I do not know the Man." And immediately the rooster crowed.
