³ For You have been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.

⁶ There are many that say, "Who will show us any good?" LORD, lift up the light of Your countenance upon us. ⁷ You have put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their grain and their wine increased.

² The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler shield, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

⁷ In God is my salvation and my glory: The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

² Because He has inclined His ear to me, therefore I will call upon Him as long as I live.

⁷ O GOD the Lord, the strength of my salvation, You have covered my head in the day of battle.
