²⁸ Say to them, As I live, saith the Lord, As you have spoken in my hearing, so will I actually do to you.

⁶⁴ and among them there was not a man of those who had been reviewed by Moses and Aaron, when they reviewed the Israelites in the wilderness of Sina. ⁶⁵ Because the Lord said to them, they shall assuredly die in the wilderness; therefore there was not one of them left, save Chaleb son of Jephonne, and Joshua son of Nave.
