³ It is like the dew of Hermon, which descendeth on the mountains of Sion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing, Life for evermore.

²¹ I indeed will send my blessing for you, in the sixth year, and it will make the products thereof sufficient for the three years.

⁸ So, at that time, we took this land out of the hands of the two kings of the Amorites, who were on the banks of the Jordan, from the brook Anion even to Aermon ⁹ [now the Phoenicians call Aermon Sanior and the Amorites call it Sanir]

⁴⁸ from Aroer, which is on the border of the brook Arnon, to the mountain of Seon, which is Aermon,

⁸ The Lord send upon thee the blessing in thy store houses, and on all the labours of thy hands, in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

¹¹ and Galaaditis; and the country of the Geserites, and the Machatites; all mount Aermon; and all Basanitis to Acha; Now the children of Israel had not destroyed the Gesirites, nor the Machatite, who was a Chananite. And the king of Gesiri, and the Machatite, still dwelt among the Israelites.

¹¹ Thou hast made known to me the ways of life: thou with thy presence wilt fill me with joy. At thy right hand are pleasures for evermore.

⁴ He asked of thee life; and thou hast given him length of days forever.

⁸ By day the Lord will command his kindness, and in the night he will make it manifest. Let there be with me a prayer to the God of my life.

¹² The threat of a king is like the roaring of a lion; but his favour is like dew on the grass.

⁷ And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the nations in the midst of many people, like dew falling from the Lord and like lambs upon the wilds. That none may be ungathered or left behind among the children of men,

¹⁴ but whosoever shall drink of the water which I will give him, will never thirst. But the water which I will give him, will be in him a fountain of water springing up for an everlasting life.

²⁴ Verily, verily I say to you, He who heareth my word, and believeth on him who sent me, hath an everlasting life, and doth not incur condemnation, but hath passed from death to that life.

²⁹ and come forth; they who have done good, to a resurrection of life, and they who have done evil, to a resurrection of condemnation.

⁵⁰ Such is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that whoever shall eat of it shall not die. ⁵¹ I am that living bread which came down from heaven. If any one eat of this bread he shall live forever. Now the bread which I will give is this flesh of mine, which I will give for the life of the world.

⁶⁸ Whereupon Simon Peter answered him, Master, to whom shall we go? Thou hast the words of an everlasting life,

²⁵ Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life; he who believeth in me, though he may die, shall live. ²⁶ And none who liveth and believeth in me shall ever die. Believest thou this?

²¹ that as sin had reigned by death, so favour might reign by means' of a justification for everlasting life, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

²³ For die wages of sin is death; but the free gift of God is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord.

²⁵ And this is the promise which he hath promised us, even the life which is everlasting.

¹¹ Now this is the testimony, that God hath given us everlasting life, and this life is by his son:

¹⁸ even he who liveth. Though I was dead yet behold I am alive, and live for the ages of the ages, Amen. And I have the keys of the mansion of the dead, and of death.
