²⁶ The needy shall eat and be satisfied: and they who seek the Lord will praise him. Their heart shall be forever alive.

¹¹ This is the law of the sacrifice of thanksgiving which they shall offer to the Lord: ¹² If one offereth it for praise, he shall bring with the sacrifice of praise loaves of fine flour make up with oil, and unleavened cakes anointed with oil, and fine flour tempered with oil. ¹³ With loaves of leavened bread he shall present these gifts of his for a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving; ¹⁴ and from every of these gifts of his he shall set apart one, and present it as a dedication to the Lord. It shall be for the priest who poureth out the blood of the victim offered for thanksgiving. ¹⁵ And the flesh of the victim of praise and thanksgiving shall be for himself, and shall be eaten on the day it is offered. They shall not leave any of it till the morning. ¹⁶ And if it be a vow; or if one offer his gift as a voluntary sacrifice, it shall be eaten on the day he offereth his sacrifice, or the next morning. ¹⁷ And what is left of the flesh of the sacrifice till the third day shall be burned with fire.

¹⁶ Let all who seek thee, Lord, rejoice and be glad for thee; let them who love thy salvation say continually, The Lord be magnified!

³² Let the afflicted behold and rejoice: seek God diligently and you shall live.

³ Sing praises to his holy name. Let the heart of them, who seek the Lord, be glad. ⁴ Seek the Lord and be confirmed in strength; seek his face continually.

⁹ because he hath satisfied the longing soul; and filled the hungry with good things.

⁶ then will the Lord of Hosts make provision for all the nations. On this mount they shall drink gladness:

¹³ therefore thus saith the Lord, Behold my servants shall eat; but you shall be hungry: behold my servants shall drink; but you shall be thirsty: behold my servants shall rejoice; but you shall be ashamed:

¹⁴ but whosoever shall drink of the water which I will give him, will never thirst. But the water which I will give him, will be in him a fountain of water springing up for an everlasting life.

⁴⁸ I am the bread of that life. ⁴⁹ Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and died. ⁵⁰ Such is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that whoever shall eat of it shall not die. ⁵¹ I am that living bread which came down from heaven. If any one eat of this bread he shall live forever. Now the bread which I will give is this flesh of mine, which I will give for the life of the world. ⁵² Upon this the Jews debated among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat? ⁵³ Therefore Jesus said to them, Verily, verily, I say to you, Unless you eat the flesh of the son of man, and drink his blood, you have no life in you. ⁵⁴ He who eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood, hath an everlasting life, and I will raise him up at the last day. ⁵⁵ For this flesh of mine is food indeed; and this blood of mine is indeed drink. ⁵⁶ He who eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, abideth in me and I in him. ⁵⁷ As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father; so he. who eateth me, even he will live by me. ⁵⁸ This is the bread which is come down from heaven. Not as your fathers ate the manna and died. He who eateth this bread shall live forever.
