⁵ He therefore that ministers to you the Spirit, (o. pneuma) and works miracles among you, does he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

³ Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word (o. logos) of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.

⁹ The same heard Paul speak: who steadfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, ¹⁰ Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on your feet. And he leaped and walked.

¹¹ And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul: ¹² So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits (o. pneuma) went out of them.

¹⁹ Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit (o. pneuma) of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

⁴ I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; ⁵ That in every thing all of you are enriched by him, in all utterance, (o. logos) and in all knowledge;

¹⁰ To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; (o. pneuma) to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

⁸ How shall not the ministration of the spirit (o. pneuma) be rather glorious?

⁴ (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

¹² Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds.

³ Since all of you seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, which toward you is not weak, but is mighty in you.

² This only would I learn of you, Received all of you the Spirit (o. pneuma) by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
