¹³ And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people,

²¹ The governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the two will all of you that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas. ²² Pilate says unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified. ²³ And the governor said, Why, what evil has he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.

¹⁴ Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil has he done? And they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify him.

³⁸ Pilate says unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and says unto them, I find in him no fault at all.

⁴ Pilate therefore went forth again, and says unto them, Behold, I bring him forth to you, that all of you may know that I find no fault in him.
