So I will not harm you. ¹⁴ Against whom has the king of Israel come out? Whom do you pursue? A dead dog? A flea?

³ O LORD my God, if I have done this, if there is wrong in my hands, ⁴ if I have rewarded evil to him who was at peace with me, or oppressed my enemy without cause, ⁵ then let the enemy pursue and overtake me, trample my life to the ground, and lay me in the dust.

⁷ For they have hidden their pit-net for me without cause; without cause they have dug for my soul.

⁴ Those who hate me without cause are more than the hairs of my head. My persecutors are mighty, and they want to destroy me. Must I be forced to return what I did not steal?

⁴⁶ Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don't you believe me?

³² Jesus answered them, "I have shown you many good works from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?"

²³ Jesus replied, “If I said something wrong, testify to what was wrong. But if I spoke correctly, why did you strike Me?”
