On those days therefore come and get yourselves cured, and not on the Sabbath day." 15 But the Lord's reply to him was, "Hypocrites, does not each of you on the Sabbath untie his bullock or his ass from the stall and lead him to water? 16 And this woman, daughter of Abraham as she is, whom Satan had bound for no less than eighteen years, was she not to be loosed from this chain because it is the Sabbath day?"

John 5:10-12

10 That day was a Sabbath. So the Jews said to the man who had been cured, "It is the Sabbath: you must not carry your mat." 11 "He who cured me," he replied, "said to me, 'Take up your mat and walk.'" 12 "Who is it," they asked, "that said to you, 'Take up your mat and walk'?"

John 5:14

14 Afterwards Jesus found him in the Temple and said to him, "You are now restored to health. Do not sin any more, or a worse thing may befall you."
