⁴ For [it is] not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats, should take away sins.

³³ And to love him with all [thy] heart and with all [thy] power, and with all [thy] soul, and to love [thy] neighbour as thy self, is more than whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

²⁹ The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, who taketh away the sin of the world.

²⁷ For this [is] my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

⁹ Which [is] the first for the time now present, in which are offered both gifts and sacrifices, that cannot make him that does the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience,

¹² Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption. ¹³ For if the blood of goats, and of bulls, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh;

⁸ Above, when he said, Sacrifices, and offerings, and burnt offerings, and [offerings] for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure, which are offered by the law;

¹¹ And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices which can never take away sins:

⁵ And ye know that he was manifested to take away sins; and in him is no sin.
