¹³ Wherefore, let him that speaks in a tongue, pray that he may interpret.

²⁴ Therefore, I say to you, all things whatsoever ye pray and ask for, believe that ye received them, and ye shall have them.

¹³ And whatsoever ye shall ask in My name, this will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. ¹⁴ If ye shall ask anything in My name, I will do it.

¹⁴ These all were continuing with one accord in prayer, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.

²⁹ And now, Lord, look upon their threatenings; and grant to Thy servants to speak Thy word with all boldness, ³⁰ by stretching forth Thy hand for healing; and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Thy Holy Child Jesus." ³¹ And, when they had prayed, the place in which they had assembled was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and were speaking the word of God with boldness.

³⁰ Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?

²⁷ If any one speaks in a tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and in turn; and let one interpret; ²⁸ but, if there is no interpreter, let him keep silence in the assembly, and let him speak to himself and to God.
