¹³ But the angel said to him, "Fear not, Zacharias; because your supplication was heard; and your wife Elizabeth shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.

²¹ And she shall bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus; for He will save His people from their sins."

²⁷ But Jesus straightway spake to them, saying, "Be of good cheer. It is I; be not afraid."

⁵ And the angel, answering, said to the women, "Fear not; for I know that ye are seeking Jesus Who hath been crucified.

⁶ But he says to them; "Be not amazed. Ye are seeking Jesus the Nazarene, the crucified. He arose; He is not here; behold, the place where they laid Him!

³⁰ And the angel said to her, "Fear not, Mary; for you found favor from God.

⁶⁰ And his mother, answering, said; "No; but he shall be called John." ⁶¹ And they said to her, "There is no one of your kindred who is called by this name." ⁶² And they were making signs to his father, what he wished him to be called. ⁶³ And, asking for a writing tablet, he wrote, saying, "John is his name." And they all marveled.

²¹ And, when eight days were fulfilled for circumcising Him, His name was called Jesus—which was so called by the angel before He was conceived in the womb.

³⁶ Now, as they were telling these things, He Himself stood in the midst of them, and saith to them, "Peace be to you!" ³⁷ But, being terrified and frightened, they were supposing that they were beholding a spirit. ³⁸ And He said to them, "Why are ye troubled? and wherefore do questionings arise in your heart? ³⁹ See My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself; handle Me, and see; because a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as ye behold Me having." ⁴⁰ And, saying this, He showed them His hands and His feet.

³¹ and says, 'Cornelius, your prayer was heard, and your alms were remembered before God.
