¹ And I saw, in the right hand of Him Who was sitting on the throne, a book written within and on the back, sealed up with seven seals. ² And I saw a strong angel, proclaiming with a great voice, "Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose its seals!" ³ And no one in Heaven, or on the earth, or under the earth, was able to open the book or to look upon it. ⁴ And I was weeping much, because no one was found worthy to open the book, or to look upon it; ⁵ and one of the elders says to me, "Weep not; behold, the Lion Who is of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, prevailed to open the book, and its seven seals. ⁶ And I saw, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing, as if slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth. ⁷ And He came, and hath taken it out of the right hand of Him Who sitteth upon the throne. ⁸ And, when He took the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, having, each, a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ And they sing a new song, saying, "Worthy art Thou to take the book, and to open its seals; because Thou wast slain, and didst redeem to God, by Thy blood, some of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation; ¹⁰ and didst make them, to our God, a Kingdom and priests, and they reign on the earth." ¹¹ And I saw, and heard the voice of many angels round about the throne, and of the living creatures, and of the elders, (and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands); ¹² saying with a great voice, "Worthy is the Lamb Who hath been slain, to receive the power, and riches, and wisdom, and might, and honor, and glory, and blessing!" ¹³ And every created thing which is in Heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and on the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying, "To Him Who sitteth upon the throne, and to the Lamb, be the blessing, and the honor, and the glory, and the might, forever and ever!" ¹⁴ And the four living creatures said, "Amen." And the elders fell down and worshiped.

³ and He Who was sitting was, in appearance, like a jasper stone and a sardius; there was a rainbow round about the throne, in appearance, like an emerald;

⁷ And He came, and hath taken it out of the right hand of Him Who sitteth upon the throne.

¹³ And every created thing which is in Heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and on the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying, "To Him Who sitteth upon the throne, and to the Lamb, be the blessing, and the honor, and the glory, and the might, forever and ever!"

¹ And I saw, when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as with a voice of thunder, "Come."

² And he had in his hand a little book opened; and he set his right foot on the sea, and his left on the land;

⁸ And the voice which I heard from Heaven, I heard again, talking with me, and saying, "Go, take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel, who is standing upon the sea and upon the land." ⁹ And I went to the angel, saying to him, that he should give me the little book. And he says to me, "Take, and eat it up; and it will make your belly bitter, but in your mouth it will be sweet as honey." ¹⁰ And I took the little book out of the hand of the angel, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth as sweet as honey; and, when I ate it, my belly was made bitter. ¹¹ And he says to me, "You must prophesy again concerning many peoples and nations and tongues and kings."

⁵ and one of the elders says to me, "Weep not; behold, the Lion Who is of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, prevailed to open the book, and its seven seals.

¹ And I saw another strong angel, descending out of Heaven, clothed with a cloud, and the rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire.

²¹ And a strong angel took up a stone, as it were a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, "Thus with violence shall Babylon, the great city, be cast down, and in nowise be found any more!

³⁴ For who knew the mind of the Lord? Or who became His counsellor?

¹ After these things I saw, and, behold, a door opened in Heaven; and the first voice which I heard was as a voice of a trumpet speaking with me, saying, "Come up hither, and I will show you the things which must take place after these."

¹³ And, seeing her, the Lord was moved with compassion towards her, and said to her, "Weep not."

⁵² And they were all weeping, and bewailing her; but He said, "Weep not; for she did not die, but is sleeping."

²⁸ But, turning towards them, Jesus said, "Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for Me; but weep for yourselves, and for your children;

¹³ And they say to her, "Woman, why are you weeping?" She says to them, "Because they took away my Lord, and I know not where they laid Him!"

³ concerning His Son, Who was born of the seed of David, according to His flesh,

¹² And again Isaiah says, "There shall be the Root of Jesse, and He Who riseth up to rule over the gentiles, on Him will the gentiles hope."

¹⁴ For it is evident that our Lord hath sprung out of Judah, respecting which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priests.

¹ The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him, to show to His servants the things which must shortly come to pass; and, having sent, He signified them through His angel to His servant John;

⁴ and around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones twenty-four elders sitting, arrayed in white garments, and on their heads crowns of gold.

¹⁰ the twenty-four elders will fall down before Him Who sitteth on the throne, and will worship Him Who liveth forever and ever, and will cast their crowns before the throne, saying,

¹³ And one of the elders answered, saying to me, "These who are clothed in white robes, who are they, and whence did they come?"

¹⁶ "I, Jesus, sent My angel to testify to you these things to the assemblies. I am the root and offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.

⁶⁹ and raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of David His servant;

²⁹ On the morrow he sees Jesus coming to him, and he says, "Behold, the Lamb of God Who taketh away the sin of the world!

³⁶ and, looking upon Jesus as He was walking, says, "Behold, the Lamb of God!"

³² Now the passage of the Scripture which he was reading was this: "He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and, as a lamb dumb before its shearer, so He openeth not His mouth.

⁹ Wherefore also God highly exalted Him, and bestowed upon Him the name which is above every name; ¹⁰ that, in the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of beings in Heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, ¹¹ and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

¹⁹ but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot; ²⁰ foreknown, indeed, from a founding of a world, but manifested in the end of the times for you,

⁴ John to the seven assemblies that are in Asia: Grace to you, and peace, from Him Who is, and Who was, and Who is coming; and from the seven Spirits Who are before His throne;

⁴ and around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones twenty-four elders sitting, arrayed in white garments, and on their heads crowns of gold. ⁵ And out of the throne proceed lightnings and voices and thunderings; and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; ⁶ and before the throne, as it were a glassy sea like crystal; and, in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes before and behind.

⁸ And, when He took the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, having, each, a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ And they sing a new song, saying, "Worthy art Thou to take the book, and to open its seals; because Thou wast slain, and didst redeem to God, by Thy blood, some of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation;

¹² saying with a great voice, "Worthy is the Lamb Who hath been slain, to receive the power, and riches, and wisdom, and might, and honor, and glory, and blessing!"

¹⁶ and they say to the mountains and to the rocks, "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him Who is sitting on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;

⁹ After these things I saw, and, behold, a great multitude, which no one could number, out of every nation, and of all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne, and before the Lamb, arrayed in white robes, and palms in their hands; ¹⁰ and they cry with a great voice, saying, "Salvation to our God, Who sitteth on the throne, and to the Lamb!" ¹¹ And all the angels stood around the throne, and around the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell before the throne on their faces, and worshiped God, ¹² saying, "Amen. The blessing, and the glory, and the wisdom, and the thanksgiving, and the honor, and the power, and the strength, be to our God forever and ever. Amen!" ¹³ And one of the elders answered, saying to me, "These who are clothed in white robes, who are they, and whence did they come?" ¹⁴ And I have said to him, "My lord, you know." And he said to me, "These are those who come out of the great tribulation; and they washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. ¹⁵ For this reason are they before the throne of God, and they serve Him day and night in His Temple; and He Who sitteth on the throne will spread His tabernacle over them. ¹⁶ They shall hunger no more, nor thirst any more; nor shall the sun by any means fall on them, nor any heat; ¹⁷ because the Lamb, Who is in the midst of the throne, will be their Shepherd, and will guide them to the fountains of the waters of life; and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

¹¹ and they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony, and they loved not their soul, even to death.

⁸ And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the founding of a world.

¹⁴ These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them; because He is Lord of lords, and King of kings; and those with Him are called and chosen and faithful."

²³ And the city has no need of the sun, nor of the moon, to shine upon it; for the glory of God illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb.

¹ And he showed me a river of water of life, bright as crystal, issuing forth out of the throne of God and of the Lamb,

³ And there shall be no more curse. And the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it; and His servants will serve Him;

² Straightway I was in the Spirit, and, behold, there was a throne set in Heaven, and One sitting upon the throne; ³ and He Who was sitting was, in appearance, like a jasper stone and a sardius; there was a rainbow round about the throne, in appearance, like an emerald;

²³ that all may honor the Son even as they honor the Father. He that honors not the Son honors not the Father Who sent Him.

¹⁰ But you—why do you judge your brother? or you also—why do you despise your brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God. ¹¹ For it has been written, "As I live, saith the Lord, to Me every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess to God." ¹² So, then, each one of us shall give account concerning himself to God.

⁶ But, when again He introduces the First-born into the inhabited earth, He saith, "And let all the angels of God worship Him."

⁸ And the four living creatures, having each one of them six wings, are full of eyes around and within; and they have no rest, day and night, saying, "Holy! Holy! Holy! the Lord God, the Almighty, Who was, and Who is, and Who is coming!"

⁶ And I saw, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing, as if slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth.

¹⁴ And the four living creatures said, "Amen." And the elders fell down and worshiped.

³ And another angel came, and stood over the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given to him much incense, that he might add it to the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. ⁴ And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God out of the hand of the angel.

² And I heard a voice out of Heaven, as a voice of many waters, and as a voice of great thunder; and the voice which I heard was as that of harpers, harping with their harps. ³ And they sing as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to learn the song, except the hundred and forty-four thousand, who had been purchased out of the earth.

² And I saw as it were a glassy sea mingled with fire; and those who were victorious over the beast, and over his image, and over the number of his name, standing by the glassy sea, having harps of God.

⁷ And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls, full of the wrath of God, who liveth forever and ever.

⁴ And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down, and worshiped God, Who sitteth on the throne, saying, "Amen! Hallelujah!"

²⁸ even as the Son of Man came not to be ministered to, but to minister, and to give His soul a ransom for many."

²⁸ for this is My blood of the covenant, which is shed in behalf of many for remission of sins.

¹⁵ And He said to them, "Going into all the world, preach the Gospel to the whole creation. ¹⁶ He that believes and is immersed shall be saved; but he that disbelieves shall be condemned.

²⁸ Take heed to yourselves, and to all the flock in which the Holy Spirit appointed you overseers, to shepherd the assembly of God, which He purchased with His own blood.

²⁴ being justified freely by His grace, through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus; ²⁵ Whom God set forth as a propitiation, through faith in His blood, for the manifestation of His righteousness, because of the passing over of the formerly-committed sins in the forbearance of God: ²⁶ for the manifestation of His righteousness in the present time, to the end that He may be righteous, even when declaring righteous him who has faith in Jesus.

²⁰ For ye were bought with a price; glorify God, therefore, in your body.

²³ Ye were bought with a price; become not slaves of men.

⁷ in Whom we have our redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace,

¹⁴ in Whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins;

²³ if, at least, ye continue in the faith, founded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the Gospel, which ye heard, which was preached in all creation under the heaven, of which I, Paul, was made a minister.

¹⁴ who gave Himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for Himself a special people, zealous of good works.

¹⁴ For those who say such things make it manifest that they are seeking their paternal home.

¹⁸ knowing that, not with perishable things, with silver or gold, were ye redeemed from your vain course of life handed down from your fathers; ¹⁹ but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot;

¹ But there arose false prophets also among the people, as among you also there will be false teachers, who, indeed, will stealthily bring in destructive heresies, denying even the Master Who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction:

⁷ but, if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with One another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.

² And He is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the whole world.

¹¹ "Worthy art Thou, our Lord and our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power; because Thou didst create all things; and, because of Thy will, they were, and were created."

⁹ And some of the peoples, and tribes, and tongues, and nations, look upon their corpses three days and a half; and they suffer not their corpses to be put into a tomb.

³ And they sing as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to learn the song, except the hundred and forty-four thousand, who had been purchased out of the earth. ⁴ These are those who were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are those who follow the Lamb whithersoever He goeth. These were redeemed from among men, a first fruit to God and to the Lamb.

⁶ And I saw another angel flying in mid-heaven, having the eternal Gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and tribe, and tongue, and people;

⁵ ye yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ⁶ Because it is contained in Scripture, "Behold, I lay in Zion a Chief Corner-Stone, Elect, Precious; and he who believes on Him shall in nowise be put to shame." ⁷ To you, therefore, who believe is the preciousness; but to those who disbelieve, a stone which the builders rejected, this was made into a head of a corner," ⁸ and "a stone of stumbling, and rock of offense"; who stumble, being disobedient to the word, to which also they were appointed. ⁹ But ye are "an elect race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation," a people for a possession, that ye may show forth the excellencies of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

⁶ and made us a kingdom, and priests to God and His Father; to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

⁶ Happy and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no authority; but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

⁵ And there will be night no more; and they need no lamp-light, nor light of the sun; because the Lord God will illuminate them, and they shall reign forever and ever.

²² But ye have come to Mount Zion, and to the city of the Living God, the Heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels,

⁶ and before the throne, as it were a glassy sea like crystal; and, in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes before and behind.

⁹ And, when the living creatures shall give glory and honor and thanksgiving to Him Who sitteth on the throne—to Him Who liveth forever and ever, ¹⁰ the twenty-four elders will fall down before Him Who sitteth on the throne, and will worship Him Who liveth forever and ever, and will cast their crowns before the throne, saying,

¹¹ And all the angels stood around the throne, and around the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell before the throne on their faces, and worshiped God,

⁶ And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunders, saying, "Hallelujah! because the Lord our God, the Almighty, became King!

¹⁸ And Jesus, coming near, spake to them, saying, "All authority was given to Me in Heaven and on earth:

³⁵ The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into His hand. ³⁶ He that believes on the Son has eternal life; but he that disbelieves the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."

² even as Thou gavest Him authority over all flesh, that to all Whom Thou hast given Him He should give eternal life.

⁹ For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though He was rich, for your sakes He became poor, that ye through His poverty might become rich.

¹⁷ Now to the King of the ages, incorruptible, invisible, only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

⁹ And they sing a new song, saying, "Worthy art Thou to take the book, and to open its seals; because Thou wast slain, and didst redeem to God, by Thy blood, some of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation;

¹² saying, "Amen. The blessing, and the glory, and the wisdom, and the thanksgiving, and the honor, and the power, and the strength, be to our God forever and ever. Amen!"

¹ After these things I heard as it were a great voice of a great multitude in Heaven, saying, "Hallelujah! the salvation, and the glory, and the power, are our God's;

¹³ And bring us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.'

¹⁴ "Glory to God in the highest; and, on earth, peace among men of good will!"

⁵ whose are the fathers; and of whom, according to flesh, is the Christ, Who is over all, God blessed forever. Amen.

³⁶ Because, of Him, and through Him, and for Him, are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen.

²⁷ to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, be the glory forever. Amen.

²¹ to Him be the glory in the assembly, and in Christ Jesus, unto all generations of the age of the ages. Amen.

¹⁰ that, in the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of beings in Heaven, and on earth, and under the earth,

¹⁶ Take heed to yourself, and to the teaching; continue in them; for, doing this, you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

¹¹ if anyone speaks, as uttering the oracles of God; if anyone ministers, ministering as of the strength which God supplieth; that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ; to Whom is the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

¹¹ To Him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

²⁵ to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time, and now, and forever and ever. Amen.
