⁶⁸ Good Thou art, and doing good, Teach me Thy statutes.

¹⁸ And he saith, `Shew me, I pray Thee, Thine honour;' <sup>19</sup> and He saith, `I cause all My goodness to pass before thy face, and have called concerning the Name of Jehovah before thee, and favoured him whom I favour, and loved him whom I love.'

⁶ and Jehovah passeth over before his face, and calleth: `Jehovah, Jehovah God, merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in kindness and truth, ⁷ keeping kindness for thousands, taking away iniquity, and transgression, and sin, and not entirely acquitting, charging iniquity of fathers on children, and on children's children, on a third generation, and on a fourth.'

⁸ Good and upright is Jehovah, Therefore He directeth sinners in the way. ⁹ He causeth the humble to tread in judgment, And teacheth the humble His way.

⁵ For Thou, Lord, art good and forgiving. And abundant in kindness to all calling Thee.

¹ Praise ye Jah, give thanks to Jehovah, For good, for to the age, is His kindness.

⁷ The memorial of the abundance of Thy goodness they send forth. And Thy righteousness they sing. ⁸ Gracious and merciful is Jehovah, Slow to anger, and great in kindness. ⁹ Good is Jehovah to all, And His mercies are over all His works.

⁷ The kind acts of Jehovah I make mention of, The praises of Jehovah, According to all that Jehovah hath done for us, And the abundance of the goodness to the house of Israel, That He hath done for them, According to His mercies, And according to the abundance of His kind acts.
