3 And they come, bringing to Him a paralytic, being carried by four.

Mark 6:7

7 And He calls to Him the Twelve, and He began to send them forth two by two, and He gave to them authority over the unclean spirits.

John 17:20-21

20 But I do not ask for these only, but also for those believing in Me through their word, 21 that all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You, that they also may be in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

Acts 1:12-14

12 Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, holding a Sabbath day’s journey. 13 And when they had entered, they went up into the upper room, where they were staying, both Peter and John, and James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot, and Judas son of James. 14 All these were steadfastly continuing with one accord in prayer, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.

Acts 15:1-41

1 But certain ones having come down from Judea were teaching the brothers, “Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you are not able to be saved.” 2 Having been brought about, then, no small commotion and discussion by Paul and Barnabas with them, they appointed Paul and Barnabas and certain others out from them to go up to Jerusalem, to the apostles and elders, about this question. 3 Therefore indeed having been sent forward by the church, they were passing through both Phoenicia and Samaria, relating in detail the conversion of the Gentiles, and they were bringing great joy to all the brothers. 4 And having come to Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the church and the apostles and the elders. And they declared all that God had done with them. 5 Now certain of those who believed, from the sect of the Pharisees, rose up, saying, “It is necessary to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the Law of Moses.” 6 And both the apostles and the elders were gathered together to see about this matter. 7 And much discussion having taken place, Peter having risen up, said to them, “Men, brothers, you know that from the early days God chose among you for the Gentiles to hear by my mouth the word of the gospel, and to believe. 8 And the heart-knowing God bore witness to them, having given them the Holy Spirit, as also to us. 9 And He made no distinction between both us and them, having purified their hearts by the faith. 10 Now therefore, why are you testing God, to put upon the neck of the disciples a yoke that neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear? 11 But we believe ourselves to be saved by the grace of the Lord Jesus, in the same manner as they also are.” 12 Now the whole multitude kept silent and were listening to Barnabas and Paul relating what signs and wonders God had done among the Gentiles by them. 13 And after they were silent, James answered, saying, “Men, brothers, hear me. 14 Simeon has related how God first visited to take out of the Gentiles a people for His name. 15 And the words of the prophets agree with this, as it is written: 16 ‘After these things I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David which has fallen, and its ruins I will rebuild, and I will set it upright, 17 so that the remnant of men may seek out the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom has been called My name, upon them, says the Lord, doing these things, 18 known from eternity.’ 19 Therefore I judge not to trouble those from the Gentiles turning to God, 20 but to write to them to abstain from the pollutions of idols, and sexual immorality, and that which is strangled, and from blood. 21 For Moses has ones proclaiming him in every city from generations of old, being read in the synagogues on every Sabbath.” 22 Then it seemed good to the apostles and to the elders, with the whole church, having chosen out from them, to send men to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas: Judas called Barsabbas and Silas, leading men among the brothers, 23 having written by their hand: “The apostles and the elders, brothers, To those brothers among the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia: Greetings. 24 Inasmuch as we have heard that some went out from us, to whom we had given no instructions, and troubled you by words, upsetting your minds, 25 it seemed good to us, having come with one accord, having chosen men to send to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, 26 men having handed over their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27 Therefore we have sent Judas and Silas, and they are telling you the same things by word of mouth. 28 For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us, to lay upon you no further burden, except these necessary things: 29 to abstain from things sacrificed to idols, and from blood, and from what is strangled, and from sexual immorality. Keeping yourselves from these, you will do well. Farewell.” 30 Therefore indeed having been sent off, they went to Antioch, and having gathered the multitude, they delivered the letter. 31 And having read it, they rejoiced at the encouragement. 32 Both Judas and Silas, also being prophets themselves, exhorted and strengthened the brothers by much talk. 33 And having continued a time, they were sent away in peace from the brothers to those having sent them. 34 35 But Paul and Barnabas stayed in Antioch, teaching and proclaiming the good news, the word of the Lord, with many others also. 36 Now after some days, Paul said to Barnabas, “Indeed, having turned back, let us look after the brothers, how they are, in every city in which we have announced the word of the Lord.” 37 Now Barnabas purposed also to take along John, called Mark. 38 But Paul thought fit not to take him along, the one having withdrawn from them from Pamphylia and not having gone with them to the work. 39 Therefore a sharp disagreement arose, so that they separated from one another. And Barnabas having taken Mark, sailed to Cyprus. 40 But Paul, having chosen Silas, went forth, having been committed to the grace of the Lord by the brothers. 41 And he was passing through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.

Romans 1:1-32

1 Paul, servant of Jesus Christ, a called apostle having been set apart for the gospel of God, 2 which He promised beforehand through His prophets in the Holy Scriptures, 3 concerning His Son, having come of the seed of David according to flesh, 4 having been declared the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness, by resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord, 5 through whom we have received grace and apostleship unto obedience of faith among all the Gentiles on behalf of His name, 6 among whom are you also, called of Jesus Christ. 7 To all those being in Rome beloved of God, called saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 8 First indeed, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is being proclaimed in all the world. 9 For God, whom I serve in my spirit in the gospel of His Son, is my witness how unceasingly I make mention of you, 10 always upon my prayers imploring, if perhaps now at last by the will of God I will make a prosperous journey to come to you. 11 For I long to see you, that I may impart some spiritual gift to you, to your strengthening, 12 and, that is, to be encouraged together among you through the faith among one another, both of you and of me. 13 Now I do not want you to be ignorant, brothers, that many times I purposed to come to you, and was hindered until the present, that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among the other Gentiles. 14 I am a debtor both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and the foolish. 15 Thus as to me there is readiness to preach the gospel also to you who are in Rome. 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone believing—both to Jewish first, and to Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it has been written: “And the righteous will live by faith.” 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven upon all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, suppressing the truth by unrighteousness, 19 because the known of God is manifest among them, for God has revealed it to them. 20 For from the creation of the world His invisible qualities, both His eternal power and divinity, are clearly seen, being understood by the things made, for them to be without excuse. 21 For having known God, they glorified Him not as God, or were thankful; but they became futile in their thinking and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and they changed the glory of the immortal God into a likeness of an image of mortal man and birds and quadrupeds and creeping things. 24 Therefore God gave them up in the desires of their hearts to impurity to dishonor their bodies between themselves, 25 who changed the truth of God into falsehood, and reverenced and served the created thing beyond the One having created it, who is blessed to the ages! Amen. 26 Because of this, God gave up them to passions of dishonor. For even their females changed the natural use into that contrary to nature. 27 And likewise also the males, having left the natural use of the female, were inflamed in their desire toward one another, males with males, working out shame and receiving in themselves the recompense which was fitting of their error. 28 And as they did not see fit to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up to a depraved mind, to do things not being proper; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, malice; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness; gossips, 30 slanderers, hateful to God, insolent, arrogant, boastful; inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents; 31 foolish, untrustworthy, heartless, unmerciful; 32 who having known the righteous judgment of God, that those doing such things are worthy of death, not only are practicing them, but are also approving of those practicing them.

1 Corinthians 14:40

40 But let all things be done properly and with order.

Ephesians 4:3

3 being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace;

Philippians 2:1-30

1 Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affections and compassions, 2 fulfill my joy so that you may be of the same mind, having the same love, united in soul, minding the same thing, 3 nothing according to self-interest or according to vain conceit, but in humility be esteeming one another surpassing themselves, 4 each considering not the things of themselves, but each also the things of others. 5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, existing in the form of God, did not consider to be equal with God something to be grasped, 7 but emptied Himself, having taken the form of a servant, having been made in the likeness of men. 8 And having been found in appearance as a man He humbled Himself, having become obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also highly exalted Him, and granted to Him the name above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in the heavens and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 12 Therefore my beloved, just as always you have obeyed, not only as in my presence, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 For God is the One working in you both to will and to work according to His good pleasure. 14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings, 15 so that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God unblemished in the midst of a crooked and perverted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, 16 holding forth the word of life unto a boast to me in the day of Christ that I did not run in vain nor toil in vain. 17 But even if I am being poured out as a drink offering on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all. 18 And likewise you also be glad and rejoice with me. 19 But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon, that I also may be encouraged, having known the things concerning you. 20 For I have no one like-minded, who genuinely will care for the things relative to you. 21 For those all are seeking the things of themselves, not the things of Jesus Christ. 22 But you know his proven worth, that as a child with a father he has served with me in the gospel. 23 Therefore indeed I hope to send him immediately, when I shall have seen the things concerning me. 24 And I am persuaded in the Lord that I myself will also come soon. 25 Now I esteemed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother and fellow worker and fellow soldier, and your messenger and minister to my need, 26 since he was longing after you all and being deeply distressed because you heard that he was ill. 27 And indeed he was sick, nearly unto death. But God had mercy on him, and not on him alone but also on me, that I should not have sorrow upon sorrow. 28 Therefore I have sent him all the more eagerly, that having seen him again, you may rejoice, and I might be less anxious. 29 Therefore, receive him in the Lord with all joy, and hold such in honor, 30 because for the sake of the work of Christ he came near unto death, having disregarded his life so that he might fill up your deficit of service toward me.
