1 Timothy 4:7-8

7 But cast awaye vngostly and olde wyues fables. Exercyse thy selfe rather vnto godlynes. 8 For bodely exercyse profyteth lytell: but godlynes is profytable vnto all thynges, as a thinge which hath promyses of the lyfe that is nowe, & of the lyfe to come.
