³ Let them praise Your great and fearful name; it is holy.

¹ Praise Jehovah. O give thanks to Jehovah; for He is good; for His mercy endures forever.

¹ Praise Jehovah; for it is good to sing praises to our God; for praise is delightful and becoming. ² Jehovah builds up Jerusalem; He gathers together the outcasts of Israel. ³ He heals the broken-hearted, and binds up their wounds. ⁴ He appoints the number of the stars; He calls them all by their names. ⁵ Great is our LORD, and of great power; There is no limit to His understanding. ⁶ Jehovah lifts up the meek; He throws the wicked down to the ground. ⁷ Sing to Jehovah with thanksgiving; sing praise on the harp to our God, ⁸ who covers the heavens with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who makes grass to grow on the mountains. ⁹ He gives the beasts their food, and to the young ravens which cry. ¹⁰ He delights not in the strength of the horse; He takes no pleasure in the legs of a man. ¹¹ Jehovah takes pleasure in those who fear Him, who hope in His mercy. ¹² Praise Jehovah, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Zion. ¹³ For He has made the bars of your gates strong; He has blessed your sons within you. ¹⁴ He makes peace in your borders and fills you with the finest of the wheat. ¹⁵ He sends forth His Commandment on earth; His Word runs very swiftly. ¹⁶ He gives snow like wool; He scatters the hoarfrost like ashes. ¹⁷ He casts forth His ice like crumbs; who can stand before His cold? ¹⁸ He sends out His Word and melts them; He causes His wind to blow, and the waters flow. ¹⁹ He shows His Word to Jacob, His Precepts and His judgments to Israel. ²⁰ He has not done so with any nation; and they have not known His judgments. Praise Jehovah!

³⁰ I will greatly praise Jehovah with my mouth; yea, I will praise Him among the multitude.

¹ Praise Jehovah! Praise Jehovah from the heavens; praise Him in the heights. ² Praise Him, all His angels; praise Him, all His hosts. ³ Praise Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all stars of light. ⁴ Praise Him, heavens of heavens, and waters that are above the heavens. ⁵ Let them praise the name of Jehovah; for He commanded, and they were created. ⁶ He has also settled them forever and ever; He has made a decree which shall not pass away. ⁷ Let praise be to Jehovah from the earth, the sea-monsters, and all deeps; ⁸ fire and hail, snow and vapor, stormy wind fulfilling His Word, ⁹ mountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars, ¹⁰ beasts and all cattle, creeping things and birds of the wing, ¹¹ kings of the earth and all people, princes and all judges of the earth, ¹² both young men and maidens, old men and children; ¹³ let them praise the name of Jehovah; for His name alone is excellent; His glory is above the earth and heavens. ¹⁴ He also lifts up the horn of His people, the praise of all His saints, even of the sons of Israel, a people near to Him. Praise Jehovah!

¹ A Psalm of praise. Make a joyful noise to Jehovah, all you lands. ² Worship Jehovah with gladness; come before His presence with singing. ³ Know that Jehovah, He is God. He has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture. ⁴ Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise; be thankful to Him, and bless His name. ⁵ For Jehovah is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endures to all generations.

¹⁵ By Him, then, let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips, confessing His name.

¹ Praise Jehovah. Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in the expanse of His power. ² Praise Him for His mighty acts; praise Him according to His excellent greatness. ³ Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; praise Him with the harp and lyre. ⁴ Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; praise Him with stringed instruments and pipes. ⁵ Praise Him on the sounding cymbals; praise Him with the resounding cymbals. ⁶ Let everything that breathes praise Jehovah. Praise Jehovah!
